Hūṃ! In this mandala of the foot that subdues radiance, grant the power to subdue the earth lords, nāgas, and fierce ones; may all malicious beings obtain the power to subdue radiance! Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Nāgara Tsa Samaya Nan Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! Nine heads and two hands holding the heads of water monsters, holding lasso, bow and arrow, skull cup of blood; eight snake tails coiled around the mandala. Hūṃ! General Bhīnu, the sage, and green-blue Rāhula, etc., red-eyed, yellow-white, etc., the eight planets are entrusted to you as disciples; may all beings be liberated from planetary diseases! Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Mama Āyurjñānapuṇyepuṣṭiṃ Kuru Tshe Bhrūṃ! Graha Rāhula Samaya Nan Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ! The forms of the eight great nāgas are placed at your feet. Hūṃ! Boundless and Peaceful, Wealthy and Conch-holder, Lotus and Water God, Possessing Lineage and Source of Power; the nāga fierce ones are entrusted to you as disciples; may beings from nāga harm and diseases, obtain the power to be liberated by you! Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Mama Āyurjñānapuṇyepuṣṭiṃ Kuru Tshe Bhrūṃ! Nāgara Tsa Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Twenty-eight small tormas are offered. Hūṃ! Outside the iron fence of the mandala, the planets and the eight classes of stars gather; they are entrusted to you as disciples; may they act like servants and attendants! From within the gate of the flaming mandala, through the empowerment of the four gatekeepers, may the four activities be spontaneously accomplished; may the supreme power be obtained at this time! From the palace of the nectar torma, (the assembly of Vajra longevity deities), bestow the supreme power of immortal life; we beseech you to grant freedom from illness and happiness! May there be auspiciousness!
