十方三世一切诸佛及菩萨，请垂听！ 十方三世一切诸佛及菩萨，请垂听！我随喜圆满二资粮，我于过去、现在、未来所积一切善，供养三宝，祈愿佛法兴盛！ 所有善根悉皆汇集，愿于我身迅速成熟！ 愿我净除二障，圆满资粮，寿命延长，无有疾病，证悟增长！愿我此生即能证得十地果位！ 一旦我寿命终尽，愿立即往生极乐净土！ 于彼土莲花中化生，愿以此身成就佛果！ 证得菩提直至轮回尽，愿以化身度化无量众生！ 萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！（三昧耶！印印印！） 此乃化身不变金刚（Tulku Mingyur Dorje）之伏藏法。 吉祥圆满！

All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, please listen! All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, please listen! I rejoice in the completion of the two accumulations, and I offer to the Three Jewels all the virtue I have accumulated in the past, present, and future. May the Buddha's teachings flourish! May all roots of virtue be gathered together and quickly ripen within me! May I purify the two obscurations, complete the accumulations, have a long life, be free from illness, and increase my realization! May I attain the ten bhumis in this life! As soon as my life is over, may I be born in Sukhavati! Having been born in that land, may the lotus flower open, and may I attain Buddhahood in that body! Having attained enlightenment, for as long as samsara exists, may I guide beings with emanations! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This is a terma (treasure teaching) of Tulku Mingyur Dorje.
