On the occasion of establishing the 'Three Roots Luminous Heart Essence' practice center, Thekchok Osel Ling (Supreme Vehicle Luminous Island), in the kingdom, for the sake of ripening and liberating in this manner, and for the needs of the faithful, this was written by Gyalkham pa འགྱུར་མེད་ཐེག་མཆོག་བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་（Gyalkham pa Gyurme Thekchok Tenpai Gyaltsen）in the meditation chamber Tashi Palbar Ling (Auspicious Glorious Island). May this become the cause for manifest enlightenment in the Vajra realm of the body, speech, and mind of the glorious Orgyen Chokyi Gyalpo (莲花生大士，Padmasambhava).
