ོངས་དོན་རིག་པར་ཤོག །ཁྱད་པར་འོད་གསལ་གསང་བ་སྙིང་ཏིག་གིས། ། 56-3-3a བགྲོད་ལམ་ཉེ་བའི་ལུས་སེམས་ངག་ཡིད་གནད། །མི་འགུལ་གསུམ་བཅས་སྣང་བ་བཞི་པོ་ཡི། །ལམ་རྟགས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་འོད་ཕུང་ཆེན་པོའི་ཀློང་། །ཚེ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་བགྲོད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །རང་བཞིན་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་དགེ་བ་འདིས། །མ་གྱུར་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་པ། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་དུག་གསུམ་ལས་དབང་གིས། །རིགས་དྲུག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉམ་ཐག་གཟིར་བ་རྣམས། །སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་སྦྱངས་ནས་ཚེ་གཅིག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་གསང་བ་སྙིང་ཏིག་ཡང་གསང་བསྡུས་པའི་བླ་མ་བརྒྱུད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པའི་རིམ་པ། རང་བཞིན་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་འོད་གསལ་སྒྱུ་མ་གཏེར་བཞད་རྩལ་གྱིས་རང་ཉིད་གུས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་འོད་གསལ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པའོ། །དྷ་ཐིམ།། །།

愿证悟胜妙之义！尤其是光明秘密心髓。 以趋近解脱之道的身、心、语、意之要诀， 以及不动的身、语、意三者和四种显现， 愿能在此生证得道相圆满、光明炽盛之境。 以此本性清净之善， 愿所有未曾为母的三界众生， 皆能从贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴三毒的业力中解脱， 愿六道众生从痛苦煎熬中解脱出来。 愿他们净除二障，在一生中成就佛果！ 这是大圆满（Dzogchen）光明秘密心髓（Guhyagarbha）甚深精要中，向上师传承祈请的次第。 由本性大圆满之瑜伽士光明幻化宝生（Ösel Gyuma Terdzha Tsal）以虔诚之心所著，愿吉祥增盛！ 书写者为光明戒律（Ösel Tsultrim）。 达提姆（Dha Thim）。

May I realize the profound meaning! Especially the luminous secret heart essence. With the key points of body, mind, speech, and intention on the path to approach liberation, And the three immovables of body, speech, and mind, along with the four appearances, May I be blessed to traverse in this very life the ultimate path-signs, the expanse of great light! By this virtue of naturally pure essence, May all sentient beings of the three realms who have not been our mothers, Be liberated from the karmic force of the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, May those beings of the six realms tormented by suffering be freed. May they purify the two obscurations and attain Buddhahood in one lifetime! This is the order of supplication to the lineage of lamas in the Great Perfection (Dzogchen), the innermost essence of the Secret Heart Essence (Guhyagarbha). Written with reverence by Ösel Gyuma Terdzha Tsal, a yogi of the Great Perfection of Naturalness, may auspiciousness increase! The scribe is Ösel Tsultrim.
