观想自身上方的保护轮。这样做是为了使自己不被玷污,保持纯净。分为三个部分,如前所述。念诵“瓦亚拉哈” (藏文:ཝ་ཡ་ར་ལ་ཧ།)。在路途中或有障碍时,尽可能多地念诵这个咒语。 在念诵时,毫无疑问可以遣除外来的障碍。ཨྠྀི་(藏文:ཨྠྀི་,梵文天城体:अथी,梵文罗马拟音:athī,字面意思:如是)。

Meditate on the protective wheel above oneself. This is done to ensure that one is not defiled and remains pure. Divide it into three parts, as mentioned before. Recite 'Wa Ya Ra La Ha' (藏文:ཝ་ཡ་ར་ལ་ཧ།). Recite this mantra as much as possible when on the road or when there are obstacles. While reciting, there is no doubt that one can dispel external obstacles.
