现在开始祈请。念诵三遍百字明咒的元音、辅音和缘起咒。 第三，圆满瑜伽：观想一切显现之境融入于所缘的本尊之中，自身也融入于不可思议的空性之中，安住于离戏的本初状态。之后，再次观想一切显现、声音、念头皆转为本尊、咒语和大乐的自性。 如此观想。念诵‘以此功德愿我速疾成就圣度母’等回向文和吉祥祈愿文。 末法时期，恶劣的鬼神会扰乱众生的心智，损害佛法和执着于此的人们。因此，这个对治的教法非常深奥。 愿所有心怀邪念之人，都能将所见所闻转为神圣的佛法。愿修持善法之人，远离障碍，一切愿望皆能实现！ 莲花舞自在以略微清晰的方式，按照伏藏原文的传承，整理成易于阅读的版本，愿一切吉祥圆满！

Now, begin the supplication. Recite the vowels, consonants, and dependent origination essence mantras of the Vajrasattva mantra three times each. Third, the Perfected Yoga: Visualize all phenomena of appearance dissolving into the object of focus, the deity itself. Let yourself also dissolve into emptiness, beyond conception, and rest evenly in the uncontrived, natural state. Again, visualize all appearances, sounds, and conceptual gatherings transforming into the nature of deity, mantra, and great bliss. Visualize in this way. Recite the dedication and auspicious prayers, such as 'By this merit, may I quickly attain noble Tara'. In this degenerate age, malicious spirits will disturb the minds of beings, harm the Dharma and those who cling to it. Therefore, this antidote teaching is very profound. May all those with perverse minds transform their perceptions into the sacred Dharma. May those who practice virtue be free from obstacles, and may all their desires be fulfilled! Padma Garwang (莲花舞自在) has arranged this into an easily readable version, with slight clarifications according to the lineage of the treasure text itself.
