大宝伏藏TD2050《清净显现秘密法类》中，莲花印记之集聚传承长寿修法。 长寿增上的事业法，长寿修法。 那摩 阿育 德瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽 (藏文：ན་མོ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་དེ་བ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：नमो आयुर्देव सिद्धि फल हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Ayur Deva Siddhi Phala Hum，汉语字面意思：顶礼长寿天成就果 吽)。 我，仅持有持明化身之名的昆桑·久美·伦珠（一切贤妙不变任运成就）之名的布苏库巴（庸人），在木牛年萨嘎月（藏历四月）初十的早晨，进行长寿修法身语意三身总集之念诵时，因虚空中响起咒语之声，导致显现模糊，如醉酒般的体验中，与莲花生大师（Guru Rinpoche）的证悟相应地亲见，并获得灌顶。大师面前，一位具海生金刚（莲花生大师）明妃形象的藏族女子，手持琵琶，伴随着琴声，赐予如下教言： ‘奇哉！空行之子，谛听！' ‘末法时代寿命多有障碍，尤其因三昧耶（誓言）衰损，可能发生突发死亡，故应祈请莲师。修持如下甚深口诀：皈依、发心、供养、加持，排除浊气，摄持命气，觉性处于空明无念状态，刹那间忆念圆满，明观为本尊之身。' ‘ཨ (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：A，汉语字面意思：阿)！自生智慧，游戏之妙力，于莲花长寿之净土中，金刚护轮坚固不动，寿命宫殿光芒万丈。其中心，各种金刚及铁制莲花、日月垫之上，觉性自生本初之尊，大莲师长寿自在。红色明亮，寂静带微笑，略带忿怒相，右手摇动金刚箭旗，左手持铃及长寿宝瓶，头戴莲师帽，身穿秘密法衣，外披庄严的藏袍，以金刚跏趺坐姿端坐。顶上莲花日月垫之上，无量光佛（Amitabha）红色明亮，身披法衣，双手等印，持甘露宝瓶。心间长寿佛（Amitayus），身色红亮，双手等印，持增寿宝瓶，身披白衣，手持箭旗及宝瓶，佩戴丝绸和珍宝饰品，以金刚莲花跏趺坐姿，安住于莲花日月中央。此外，所有脉轮皆观想为无量长寿本尊之自性。三处（身语意）以三字（嗡啊吽）加持，观想以光明迎请智慧尊。' ‘ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：Hrih，汉语字面意思：舍)！从莲花光明宫殿中，大莲师长寿自在，与三根本（上师本尊空行护法）及无量长寿本尊，降临于自身三处，融入而安住。’

Namo Ayur Deva Siddhi Phala Hum (藏文：ན་མོ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་དེ་བ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：नमो आयुर्देव सिद्धि फल हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Ayur Deva Siddhi Phala Hum，汉语字面意思：Homage to the God of Longevity, Accomplishment, Fruit, Hum). I, the Bhusuku who bears the mere name of Kunzang Gyurme Lhundrup (All-Good, Immutable, Spontaneously Accomplished), an emanation of a Vidyadhara, on the morning of the tenth day of the Saga month (Tibetan Fourth Month) in the Wood Ox year, during the recitation session of the Longevity Practice, the Three Kayas Collection of Lineages, due to the sound of mantra arising from the sky, the appearance became blurred, and in a state of experience like being intoxicated by chang (Tibetan barley beer), I met Guru Rinpoche in accordance with realization and received empowerment. In front of him, a Tibetan woman in the form of Yeshe Tsogyal (Guru Rinpoche's consort), holding a lute in her hand, along with the sound, bestowed the following instructions: 'Kyeho! Son of the Dakinis, listen!' 'In this degenerate age, there are many obstacles to life, especially due to the decay of Samaya (vows), sudden death may occur, therefore, pray to Guru Rinpoche. Practice this profound instruction: Take refuge, generate Bodhicitta, make offerings, and bless. Expel impure air, hold the subtle life force, the awareness in a state of emptiness and clarity, instantly remember and perfect, visualize as the deity's form.' 'ཨ (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：A，汉语字面意思：A)！The spontaneous wisdom, the power of play, in the pure land of Padma's longevity, the Vajra fence is firm and stable, the palace of life blazes with light. In its center, various Vajras and iron lotuses, on the sun and moon cushion, the spontaneously born primordial deity of awareness, Maha Guru Tsewang Tsal (Great Guru, Lord of Longevity). Red and clear, peaceful with a smile, slightly wrathful, the right hand waving the Vajra arrow banner, the left hand holding the bell and longevity vase, wearing a lotus hat, secret robes, and a cloak, adorned with a majestic Zahor cloak. Sitting upright in the Vajra posture. On the lotus and moon cushion on the crown of the head, Amitabha (Boundless Light), red and clear, wearing Dharma robes, holding a nectar begging bowl in Samadhi mudra. In the heart, Amitayus (Boundless Life), the Sambhogakaya, the color of power, holding an increasing longevity vase in Samadhi mudra, wearing white clothes, holding an arrow banner and vase, adorned with silk and precious jewels, in the Vajra lotus posture, dwelling in the center of the expanding lotus and moon. Furthermore, all the channels and elements are visualized as the essence of countless longevity deities. The three places (body, speech, and mind) are blessed with three syllables (Om Ah Hum), visualize inviting the wisdom beings with light.'
