顶礼འབྲང་རྒྱས（音译，含义待考）之顶！ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 惭愧种子字）。འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（音译，无死莲花旃陀利）！ 祈愿三根本（藏文：རྩ་གསུམ་，根本上师、本尊、空行护法）长寿诸尊，以金刚之身赐予灌顶！愿获得不变永恒之身！ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ（身灌顶 嗡）！ 赐予秘密灌顶长寿甘露！ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 惭愧种子字）。འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（音译，无死莲花旃陀利）！ 祈愿三根本长寿诸尊，以金刚之语赐予灌顶！愿大乐智慧增长广大！ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ（语灌顶 阿）！ 赐予智慧灌顶精华丸！ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 惭愧种子字）。འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（音译，无死莲花旃陀利）！ 祈愿三根本长寿诸尊，以金刚之意赐予灌顶！愿四喜（喜、胜喜、离喜、俱生喜）俱生智慧显现！ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ（意灌顶 吽）！ 第四灌顶稳固长寿，于原始清净（藏文：ཀ་དག་）本初解脱（藏文：ཟང་ཐལ་）之境界中修持。抛撒鲜花，诵吉祥语。如是受持誓言等等，后续仪轨如常进行。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，誓言）！ 此无死修法之精华，乃深奥精要之口诀。切勿传于非器之人，仅对具缘弟子单传。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，誓言）！保密！保密！保密！古赫亚（藏文：གུ་ཧྱ，秘密）！达提姆（藏文：དྷ་ཐིམ，融入）！ 于桑耶寺（藏文：བསམ་ཡས་）青普（藏文：མཆིམས་ཕུ）之前，莲师（藏文：པདྨ）及益西措嘉（藏文：མཚོ་རྒྱལ）亲临显现，持明莲花名者（རིག་འཛིན་པདྨའི་མཚན་ཅན་）前，咒师多杰宁波（རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ）获得单传之时，亲见种种瑞相及不可思议之神变。此法若含括生起次第、圆满次第及会供，则可广传于众多具缘弟子。 此法传承为：无量寿佛（ཚེ་དཔག་མེད），旃陀利（ཙཎྜ་ལཱི），莲师父母（པད་འབྱུང་ཡབ་ཡུམ），益西措嘉（མཚོ་རྒྱལ），其化身贝玛曲觉嘉措（པདྨ་ཆོས་འབྱོར་རྒྱ་མཚོ），夏仲多杰宁波（ཞབས་དྲུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ），聪敦德钦多杰（མཚུར་སྟོན་བདེ་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེ），杰桑阿丹增（རྗེ་གསང་སྔགས་བསྟན་འཛིན），根钦多杰智扎（ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད），及彼等。

Homage to the crown of འབྲང་རྒྱས（phonetic, meaning to be determined）! Hrīḥ! འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（phonetic, Immortal Lotus Caṇḍālī）! May the Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, and Protector) and all the deities of longevity bestow empowerment with their Vajra bodies! May I attain the immutable and eternal body! Kāya Abhiṣiñca Om! Grant the secret empowerment of the nectar of longevity! Hrīḥ! འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（phonetic, Immortal Lotus Caṇḍālī）! May the Three Roots and all the deities of longevity bestow empowerment with their Vajra speech! May great bliss and wisdom increase! Vāka Abhiṣiñca Ā! Grant the wisdom empowerment of the essence pills! Hrīḥ! འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི（phonetic, Immortal Lotus Caṇḍālī）! May the Three Roots and all the deities of longevity bestow empowerment with their Vajra mind! May the co-emergent wisdom of the Four Joys (Joy, Supreme Joy, Joy Beyond Joy, and Innate Joy) be realized! Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! The fourth empowerment firmly establishes longevity, cultivating the view of primordial purity (Kadag) and original liberation (Zangthal). Scatter flowers and recite auspicious words. Take vows and perform the subsequent rituals as usual. Samaya! This essence of the immortal practice is a profound and concise instruction. Keep it secret from those who are not vessels, and transmit it only to qualified disciples. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Guhya! Dhathim! In front of Samye Chimpu, when Guru Rinpoche and Yeshe Tsogyal appeared, the yogi Dorje Nyingpo, known as Rigdzin Padma's name, received the single transmission, and witnessed countless auspicious signs and miraculous transformations. If this practice includes the generation stage, completion stage, and tsok offerings, it can be widely transmitted to many qualified disciples. The lineage of this practice is: Amitayus, Caṇḍālī, Guru Rinpoche and consort, Yeshe Tsogyal, their emanation Pema Chögyal Gyatso, Shabdrung Dorje Nyingpo, Tsurton Dechen Dorje, Je Sang-ngak Tenzin, Kunkhyen Dorje Ziji, and so on. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
