Essence of Compassionate, Wrathful, Peaceful, and Wisdom Garuda! I prostrate and praise the deity who subdues evil! Next, the method of practice and visualization for recitation: At the heart center, on a sun disc, around the syllable 'Hūṃ' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), the mantra circles like a flame. Rays of light like sparks, and the sound 'tsa tsa' of the Garuda burn away evil. The sound of the horse's neigh shakes the three thousand worlds, purifying the vessel and essence, and dissolving them into oneself. Abiding in the state of deity appearance and great seal. Thus, with focused samadhi and firm deity pride, recite: 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ mahā guru arcik nircik hrīḥ hūṃ trōṃ phaṭ'. The amount of recitation, as stated in the text: 'The number of recitations is twenty hundred thousand, the time of recitation is measured by wisdom.' At the end of each session, make offerings and praises. Third, the subsequent activities, first, if you want to offer a tsok (feast offering), arrange food, drinks, and especially samaya substances such as meat and alcohol on the tsok altar, and bless them: 'Hūṃ! From my own heart, Raṃ (藏文：རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：fire seed syllable), Yaṃ (藏文：ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：wind seed syllable), Khaṃ (藏文：ཁྃ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：space seed syllable) radiate, purifying the faults of the tsok. Transform it into nectar with Oṃ āḥ hūṃ, expanding desirable qualities to be equal to the sky. Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ Oṃ āḥ hūṃ!' Inviting the Tsok Field: 'Hūṃ! From the Akaniṣṭha Great Bliss Realm, and the Western Oḍḍiyāna Emanation Island, especially the Red Rock Mountain of Glory, and the eight great charnel grounds, the wrathful Hayagriva and Garuda deities, I invite you to come to this tsok gathering!' Offering the Tsok: 'Hūṃ! To the mandala of the wrathful guru, and the Ḍākinīs, Dharma Protectors, and Samaya Holders, I offer this tsok feast of desirable qualities and enjoyments. Grant supreme and common siddhis! Gha na tsha kra pū dzā khā he.' Middle Confession: 'Hūṃ! From beginningless lifetimes, having entered the gate of Secret Mantra Mahayana, the root and branch vows that I have broken, I confess with the offering of desirable qualities and tsok! Oṃ vajra samaya āḥ.' Killing and Offering: 'Hūṃ! All the self-grasping Rudras generated by ignorance, afflictions, and grasping, cast them into the image! Nṛtrija! Consciousness into the expanse of Dharmadhatu, Phaṭ! May the aggregates enjoy the tsok wheel! Rudra sarva hala pañca pūjā kha he.' If you want to elaborate, you can perform an extensive or concise fulfillment and confession. Those who are endowed with inner yoga, enjoy the tsok. For the leftovers, bless and dedicate as usual: 'Hūṃ! To the powerful Giṅ and Laṅka residing on the edge of the great mandala, please accept this leftover torma, protect the yogi's practice, and dispel obstacles! U tsi ṣṭa bha lin ta khā he.' Inspiring the Heart Commitment: 'Hūṃ! Arise, wrathful guru deity!
