仪轨：以珍宝严饰之法器，摧毁烦恼诸病，顶礼寂静微笑之天女。以此作供养、赞颂与祈请。 念诵咒语一百零八遍，观想宝瓶之本尊化为甘露，成为药物之本体。于自他顶上安放宝瓶，祈请灌顶，观想自身显现为身穿树叶之形象。 ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ，种子字，光明，大种) 吉祥珍宝之宝瓶，摧毁烦恼诸病之甘露妙药。祈请您灌顶沐浴，愿从烦恼诸病中解脱。 嗡啊吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，吽。(Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Parṇaśavarī Amṛta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ，唵 阿 吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，吽。) ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ，种子字，光明，大种) 以此摧毁疾病之智慧甘露妙药，消除痛苦无明诸病。供养您，并以饮食沐浴，愿以药物之力量，从疾病中解脱。 嗡啊吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，啊。(Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Parṇaśavarī Amṛta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ，唵 阿 吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，啊。) 将二元之智慧融合为一， 吽。(Hūṃ，种子字，忿怒，能摧毁) 具足缘起与慈悲之力量，具德夏瓦里巴（Śavaripa，印度大成就者）具智慧，您之心与我无二无别，以慈悲之力量摧毁烦恼诸病，愿众生您成为不坏金刚。 嗡啊吽，叶衣佛母，长寿，灌顶，啊，吽。(Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Parṇaśavarī Āyuṣe Abhiṣiñca Āḥ Hūṃ，唵 阿 吽，叶衣佛母，长寿，灌顶，啊，吽。) 如是作回向与发愿，于圆满次第中修习无所缘之空性光明，如幻之瑜伽士，行持如犬豕之行为，对此精进之瑜伽士，于疾病之上无有障碍，以摧毁之力，如金刚般，甚深秘密三昧耶。 ཨྠྀི་ (Athi，梵文，现在，当下) 此乃邬金莲师所说之甚深口诀。 ཨྠྀི་ (Athi，梵文，现在，当下) 此乃达香能仁多吉（Taksham Nuden Dorje）之伏藏，寂静之部分。

Ritual: With precious jewel-adorned implements, destroying the diseases of afflictions, I praise the peaceful smiling goddess. With this, offer, praise, and supplicate. Reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times, visualize the deities of the vase transforming into nectar, becoming the essence of medicine. Place the vase on the crown of oneself and others, request empowerment, visualize one's own body appearing as if wearing leaves. ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ, seed syllable, luminosity, great element) Auspicious precious vase, nectar medicine that destroys the diseases of afflictions. I request you to empower and bathe, may I be liberated from the diseases of afflictions. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Parṇaśavarī Amṛta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (唵 阿 吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，吽。) ཧྲཱིཿ (Hrīḥ, seed syllable, luminosity, great element) With this supreme medicine of wisdom nectar that destroys diseases, eliminating the suffering and ignorance of all diseases. Offering you, and with food, drink, and bathing, may I be liberated from disease by the power of medicine. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Parṇaśavarī Amṛta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (唵 阿 吽，叶衣佛母，甘露，灌顶，啊。) Blending the two-in-one wisdom, Hūṃ (Hūṃ, seed syllable, wrath, can destroy) Endowed with the power of dependent arising and compassion, glorious Śavaripa (Indian Mahasiddha) with wisdom, your heart dwells inseparably within me, with the power of compassion destroying the diseases of afflictions, may all beings become indestructible vajras.
