དུག༔ （DUG）复次，身着无垢白衣，观想为摧伏一切之身。 身体五处，四大关节及背部，以金刚交杵之形，布置根本咒语。 于裙边念诵རཀྵ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ་（RAKSHA KURU HUM），观想从金刚白光中，如喷涌般降生无间隙、不可断、不可摧的金刚铠甲，炽燃守护。 此法能使自他从罪障、不净、疾病、邪魔等一切损害中解脱，并从一切障碍至高无上之境的障碍中解脱。 未来邬金（Ugyen，莲花生大士的净土）之语子，于不变珍宝心髓中，以ཨ་ཐཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，A THAM，无）封印。 སཱ་མཱན༔ （SAMAN）རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ （GYA GYA GYA）此为护法遣除障碍之法，乃从慈悲心藏之风轮中，由法王林巴（Chöjé Lingpa）迎请而出。

DUG. Again, wear immaculate white clothes, and visualize yourself as the embodiment of subduing all. In five places of the body, the four major joints and the back, arrange the root mantra in the form of a vajra cross. Recite RAKSHA KURU HUM at the hem of the garment, and visualize that from the white vajra light, an uninterrupted, unbreakable, and indestructible vajra armor is born, blazing with protection. This will liberate oneself and others from all harms such as sins, defilements, diseases, and evil spirits, and from all obstacles that obscure the supreme state. In the future, the speech-son of Ugyen, in the unchanging precious heart essence, seal with A THAM. SAMAN. GYA GYA GYA. This Dharma for dispelling obstacles by the Dharma protectors was invoked by Chöjé Lingpa from the wheel of wind in the loving heart treasury. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
