由于有福报的弟子再三请求，从莲花生上师和所有神灵加持的宫殿中，由甚深广大的大圆满瑜伽士，虚空明点（Klongsal Nyingpo）清净地记录下来。 嗡！智慧光焰（Ye shes rab 'bar）中： 此为驱除时疫、恶魔和制造疾病的恶咒之钉（za yig khro chu'i gzer mdav），我向忿怒嘿汝嘎（drag po he ru ka）致敬！ 在五百末世，不驯服的众生们，将未驯服的五毒（ma rungs dug lnga）用于自身，激怒所有非人、神灵和八部众（lha srin sde brgyad），无法医治的瘟疫蔓延，出现死亡如魔般的时代。 在那时，无法识别疾病和邪魔，无法辨认疾病，任何疾病都突然发生，无法辨认邪魔，任何事情都有很多障碍，出现恶魔、未驯服的神魔和各种邪魔。 仪轨和药物不起作用，用恶咒之钉刺穿疾病，在宽大的纸上用黑墨书写，完美地书写，不要有任何缺失，用孔雀羽毛燃烧后的灰烬，与狼毛、狗毛和鸟毛混合，用混合物的汁液涂遍所有恶咒。 用忿怒本尊的根本心咒（rtsa bavi snying pos）加持，对于非肿瘤和类似肿瘤的疾病，口服；对于非癫痫和类似癫痫的发作，口服；对于无法消化的毒素，口服；对于非麻风和类似麻风的疾病，口服；也可以从背后涂抹。 对于尿潴留，同样口服；如果排泄受阻，则从背部腰部向上涂抹；对于血痢，从下向上涂抹；对于疖肿，在疖肿处涂抹；为了使正法出现，同样涂抹恶咒。 作为药物中的上品，孔雀羽毛最为重要；对于中邪，使用刺柏木的尖端；对于下邪，使用野猪獠牙的替代品；对于严重的邪魔疾病，口服；也可以用古古鲁香（gugul）和猪油混合涂抹。 此方法如珍宝般珍贵，是取出一切痛苦的窍诀，珍藏在心中，传给传承持有者和未来的追随者，作为慈悲的对象。莲花生的愿望、顺缘和果报，将在适当的时候成熟，善用享用，不要为了自身而忘记利益他人，不要停止利益众生，圆满利益他人，广泛地回向和祈祷。 交给三位命主和三位忿怒尊守护，不要忘记，不要违越，守护誓言（samaya）！ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ （藏文） sa ma ya（梵文天城体） samaya（梵文罗马拟音） 誓言（汉语字面意思） 在邬金大乐天大白岩（bde chen gnam chen brag dkar）的半月形自在处显现，为了莲师广大教言的收集，由莲花空行母（padma mkha' spyod）所劝请，由持明上师记录。

Due to the repeated requests of fortunate disciples, from the palace blessed by Guru Rinpoche and all the deities, the profound and vast Dzogchen yogi, Klongsal Nyingpo, purely transcribed this. Om! From the Blazing Wisdom Light (Ye shes rab 'bar): This is the dagger of wrathful water of the Za letter (za yig khro chu'i gzer mdav) for dispelling epidemics, demons, and disease-causing spirits. I prostrate to the wrathful Heruka! In the degenerate age of five hundred, unruly beings will use the untamed five poisons (ma rungs dug lnga) for themselves, angering all non-humans, deities, and the eight classes of spirits (lha srin sde brgyad). Incurable plagues will spread, and an era will arise where death is like a demon. At that time, there will be no way to identify diseases and evil spirits. If diseases cannot be recognized, any illness will occur suddenly. If evil spirits cannot be recognized, there will be many obstacles. Evil spirits, untamed god-demons, and various demons will arise. Rituals and medicines will not work. Pierce the disease with the dagger of the Za letter. Write it with black ink on a wide sheet of paper. Write it perfectly, without any omissions. Mix the ashes of burnt peacock feathers with the hair of wolves, dogs, and birds. Smear the juice of the mixture all over the Za letter. Empower it with the root mantra (rtsa bavi snying pos) of the wrathful deity. For non-tumors and tumor-like diseases, administer orally. For non-epilepsy and epilepsy-like seizures, administer orally. For indigestible toxins, administer orally. For non-leprosy and leprosy-like diseases, administer orally. Also, apply it from the back. For urinary retention, administer orally in the same way. If excretion is blocked, apply it from the lower back upwards. For bloody dysentery, apply it upwards from below. For boils, apply it to the boils. To make the Dharma arise, apply the Za letter in the same way. As the best of substances, peacock feathers are the most important. For intermediate evil spirits, use the tip of juniper wood. For lower evil spirits, use a substitute for wild boar tusks. For severe demonic diseases, administer orally. It is also acceptable to apply a mixture of gugul incense and lard. This method is as precious as a jewel. It is the key to removing all suffering. Keep it in your heart and transmit it to the lineage holders and future followers as an object of compassion. May the aspirations, favorable conditions, and results of Padmasambhava ripen in due time. Use and enjoy them wisely. Do not forget to benefit others for your own sake. Do not stop benefiting beings. Perfect the benefit of others and dedicate and pray widely. Entrust it to the three lords of life and the three wrathful ones for protection.
