从火的怖畏中解救，从野兽的怖畏中解救，从毒蛇的怖畏中解救，从国王惩罚的怖畏中解救，从毒药的怖畏中解救，从空行母等食肉者的怖畏中解救，从野蛮人、敌人、强盗的怖畏中解救。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 这是出自《上师意集》（བླ་མ་དགོངས་པ་འདུས་པ་）中，防护损害和灾难的部分。想要防护损害和灾难，就绘制小幅轮（ཙཀྲ་），按照通常的方式进行开光，然后将所有的损害者和灾难鬼召集到轮中并融入其中。观想所有损害者和灾难鬼的身、语、意三门，都被天铁燃烧的铁链束缚，无法动弹。用寡妇的头发丝将轮系住，然后系在需要保护的身体上。在轮没有脱落之前，灾难鬼的损害就无法侵入。如果将轮隐藏在房屋的门槛上，或者粮仓的地窖里，也能起到保护的作用。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 阿底！ 这是桑杰林巴（སངས་རྒྱས་གླིང་པ་）的伏藏法。

Protecting from the fear of fire, protecting from the fear of wild animals, protecting from the fear of poisonous snakes, protecting from the fear of the king's punishment, protecting from the fear of poison, protecting from the fear of flesh-eaters such as dakinis, protecting from the fear of barbarians, enemies, and robbers. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This is from the 'Guru's Mind Accomplishment' (བླ་མ་དགོངས་པ་འདུས་པ་), the section on protecting against harm and misfortune. If you wish to protect against harm and misfortune, draw a small chakra (ཙཀྲ་), consecrate it in the usual way, and then summon all harm-doers and misfortune-causing spirits into the chakra and dissolve them into it. Visualize that the body, speech, and mind of all harm-doers and misfortune-causing spirits are bound by a burning iron chain of meteoric iron, unable to move. Tie the chakra with a widow's hair and attach it to the body to be protected. As long as the chakra remains attached, the harm of misfortune-causing spirits cannot penetrate. Hiding the chakra on the doorstep of a house or in the cellar of a granary will also provide protection. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Ati!
