To perform the ritual that pleases the deities: During times of naga affliction, etc., by the side of a flowing stream or spring, or in a very clean place, in a non-wrathful vessel, create a mandala with sand, and draw beautiful water patterns. There, place thirteen portions of naga food mixed with naga medicine, thirteen dough balls mixed with naga medicine, thirteen round dough bowls filled with white cow's milk, and thirteen arrangements of two sets of white sweets. Flowers, pleasant fragrances and incense that are compatible with nagas, images of radiant jewels, water mixed with various scents and saffron, and white torma offerings, thirteen of each. Also, thirteen male and female cows, and various forms of creatures except for those incompatible with nagas such as garudas. Five-colored silks, non-wrathful grains, and various jewels. These should be well-arranged and adorned. Finally, around the iron fence, write on plaques various things that nagas can see and substances that are compatible with them. Surround it with non-wrathful woods, and decorate it with woolen threads. Then, ensure that the substances and oneself are free from impurities such as meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions, which nagas dislike. Meditate on oneself as in a peaceful secret sadhana. The activities of blessings, etc.: Om Ah Hum. Om Svabhava, etc. In front, the impure support is emptied from emptiness, etc. In the center of the well-arranged and clear vessel and contents, whatever the naga races in the ocean desire, desirable qualities, enjoyments, offerings, treasures, and wealth, inexhaustible, pervading the five elements, perfectly filled. The nagas are satisfied individually, without dispute of victory or defeat. Especially, a continuous rain of nectar medicine falls, completely eliminating all diseases and suffering of the nagas. Om, may it be accomplished as it is by the truth of the Three Jewels, the samadhi deity, the mantra, and the unfailing cause and effect! Svaha! Hum! Offering to the eight classes of Nagas (རྒྱལ་ཀླུ་རིགས་བརྒྱད་, nāga-kula-aṣṭa, eight families of nagas), and all Nagas, male and female, high and low, I offer pleasing substances and ornamented offerings, may each be satisfied. May the diseases and sufferings of the Nagas be pacified, may they be liberated from all fears, and possess happiness and well-being. May they obtain undisputed victory, may our confessions be restored, and may all diseases arising from the Nagas be pacified. May the diseases, famine, and warfare of countries, regions, and beings be pacified, may all negativity be eliminated, may rain fall on time, may crops be abundant, may virtuous activities increase, may negative activities decline, and may we act according to the Dharma. May the power of the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, the deities, mantras, and samadhi (ཏིང་འཛིན་, samādhi, concentration), make all this so. May it be accomplished right now. I offer various Naga medicines, each offered separately, as above. I offer the milk of a white cow, each offered separately. Furthermore, I offer the three white substances, each offered separately. I offer the three sweet substances, each offered separately. I offer various non-poisonous flowers, each offered separately. I offer incense that is compatible with the Nagas, each offered separately. I offer radiant jewels that shine brightly, each offered separately. I offer water mixed with various fragrances, each offered separately, may each be satisfied. I offer food, desired objects, and enjoyments, each offered separately. I offer wish-fulfilling cows and bulls, each offered separately. I offer forms and objects pleasing to the Nagas, each offered separately. I offer silk, grains, and various jewels, may each be satisfied. May the diseases and sufferings of the Nagas be pacified, may they be liberated from all fears, and possess happiness and well-being. May they obtain undisputed victory, may our confessions be restored, and may all diseases arising from the Nagas be pacified. May the diseases, famine, and warfare of countries, regions, and beings be pacified, may all negativity be eliminated, may rain fall on time, may crops be abundant, may virtuous activities increase, may negative activities decline, and may we act according to the Dharma. May the power of the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, the deities, mantras, and samadhi quickly accomplish all this. Having made the common offering in this way, it is especially important to prepare one hundred and eight of each of the increased offering substances, so place a container in front of the support and offer each one while reciting the verses. Om (ཨོཾ，ओम्，om, perfection), Ah (ཨཱཿ，आः，āḥ, generation), Hum (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ, subjugation)! I offer this feast of delight, the nectar of Naga medicine! I offer to the Naga kings, the eight great Nagas, and all Naga races, male and female, may all, high, low, and intermediate, be satisfied.
