དམོད་དང་བླ་མར་བརྙས། །སེམས་ཅན་འཚེ་ཞིང་དགེ་བཅུ་ཁྱད་གསོད་མི་དགེ་ལེན། །གཟུགས་ལིང་མིང་དང་མཚན་མར་བཏབ་པ་འདིར་ཁུག་ཅིག །ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་དམ་སྲི་ཆུང་སྲི་སྒོ་འདྲེ་རྟ་ནོར་གང་གནོད་ཁ་བསྒྱུར་བྱ།ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛ་ཛཿཛཿ ཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ ཞེས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པར་བྱ། རང་ཉིད་ཡི་དམ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ཡི། །འོད་ཟེར་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་ཡང་ཡང་བཀུག་ལ་བསྟིམ། ལིངྒ་དགྲ་བགེགས་དངོས་སུ་བསམ་ལ། སྐུ་ལག་ཏུ་བླངས་ནས་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་དངོས་སུ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་དགྲ་བགེགས་མནན་པར་བསམ། ཧཱུྃ། འདྲེ་སྲིན་གདུག་པ་འདུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །སྟོབས་ཆེན་ཁྲོ་བོའི་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྟེ། །བ་ལང་སྤྱོད་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་བའི། །མ་ཧཱ་ 40-36-3b བ་ལ་བདུད་ཀྱི་བུ། །སྐུ་ནི་དུད་ཁ་རི་རབ་ཙམ། །རྩ་ཞལ་དམར་པོ་གླང་གི་ཞལ། །གནམ་ལྕགས་མེ་ཡི་རྭ་ཅོ་གཟེངས། །བར་པ་ཁྲོ་ཞལ་ཀླུ་གདོན་ཟ། །སྟེང་ཞལ་སྔོན་པོ་མིག་གཅིག་པ། །དར་སྔོན་འབར་བའི་ཅོད་པན་བཅིངས། །སྦྲུལ་མགོ་དགུ་ཡི་གདེངས་ཀ་ཅན། །མཇུག་མ་ཞེ་སྡང་སྦྲུལ་དུ་འཁྱིལ། །ལྟེ་བ་ཟུར་གསུམ་ཧོམ་ཁུང་དུ། །དགྲ་བགེགས་བཀུག་ནས་བྲུབ་པར་བྱེད། །ཕྱག་གཉིས་གནམ་ལྕགས་ཕུར་པ་ནི། །འདྲིལ་ཞིང་གནོད་བྱེད་གསོད་པར་བྱེད། །ལས་ལ་གྲུབ་པའི་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ། །མིང་དང་གཟུགས་སུ་བྲིས་པ་ཡི། །གནོད་བྱེད་ཆེ་གེ་ཁྱོད་ལ་གཏད་དོ་མ་ཤོར་ཅིག །མནན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་མ་ལྡང་ཞིག །མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལའི་ཞབས་སུ་མནན། །སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་ཡི་ཞབས་སུ་མནན། །ཨོཾ་ལཾ་ཨཱཿལཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ་སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ་ནན། ཞེས་དམིགས་བྱ་དགྲ་བགེགས་འདྲེ་ཀུན་ནི། །ལྟེ་བ་ཧོམ་ཁུང་ནང་ཆུད་དེ། །བ་ལང་སྤྱོད་དམ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་བར། ཁྱེར་ཏེ་ཟོས་བསད་བསྐྲད་པར་བསམ། ལིངྒའི་སྟེང་དུ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལའི་སྐུ་ཁ་སྦུབ་ལ་མགོ་ཕྱིར་བསྟན་ལ་མནན་ནོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་རོ་གཡམ་ལ་རོ་སོལ་གྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་བྲིས་པའི་ལྟེ་བར་ཧཱུྃ་རྭ་མཚམས་སུ་ལཾ་རེ་རེ་བྲི། དེ་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་རི་རབ་གླིང་བཞི་གླིང་ཕྲན་བརྒྱད་བྲི། དེ་སྟེང་མེ་ཆུ་ས་ལྕགས་ཤིང་རྣམས་བླུགས། རྒྱས་གདབ་འཁོར་ལོ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་རིམ་པ་དགུ་བྲིས་ལ་མནན། ཡི་དམ་གང་བསྒྲུབ་གཞུང་ལྟར་རྟ་བྲོ་བརྡུང་བར་བྱ། བླ་མ་དྲག་པོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཞལ་བཞི་སོགས་ 40-36-4a གསར་རྙིང་དང་། མི་འགྱུར་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དག་སྣང་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་དེས་དངོས་སུ་ཕུལ་བ་དང་བསྟུན་ནས་ཞལ་གདམས་ཟིན་བྲིས་འདོན་ཆ་བཅས་ཚང་བར་རྟ་ལོ་འབྲུག་ཟླའི་མར་ངོའི་བཅུ་གཉིས་གུང་དུ་ཨ་རཱ་གས་ངག་ཁྲིད་ཚུལ་དུ་སྨྲས་སོ།། །།

诅咒和轻蔑上师！ 伤害众生，轻视十善，行不善业。 将形像、名字和标记置于此灵器中！ 嗡 嘛哈 巴拉，某某，小邪魔，家鬼，无论对牲畜或财物造成损害，都令其转向！嗡 钩 扎 扎 吽 榜 霍！念诵一百零八遍。 观想自己是本尊忿怒尊，从心间发出铁钩般的光芒，反复勾召并融入。 观想灵器为敌人和障碍的真实化身，手持灵器，观想自己化身为嘛哈 巴拉，镇压敌人和障碍。 吽！为了调伏恶鬼和邪魔， 化现为大力忿怒尊。 能主宰牛的行止， 嘛哈 巴拉，魔之子！ 身如烟雾弥漫的须弥山， 根本面容赤红，为牛之面。 头顶竖立着天铁火焰之角， 中间的面容忿怒，吞噬龙族和鬼怪。 上面的面容蓝色，独眼。 以蓝色丝绸束缚燃烧的头饰， 拥有九个蛇头的冠冕。 尾巴盘绕成愤怒的毒蛇。 肚脐是三角形的火坑， 勾召敌人和障碍投入其中焚烧。 双手持天铁橛， 旋转并杀害作祟者。 成就事业的大力者！ 写在名字和形像上的， 作祟者某某，我已交付于你，切勿放过！ 已被镇压，切勿起身！ 镇压在嘛哈 巴拉的脚下！ 镇压在大力者的脚下！ 嗡 朗 阿朗 吽 朗 斯坦巴 亚 南！观想所针对的敌人、障碍和鬼怪， 都落入肚脐的火坑中， 被带到牛的行止处或大海中，吞噬、杀死、驱逐。 将嘛哈 巴拉的身体面朝下压在灵器上，头朝外。 在其上放置尸体，用尸灰画金刚交杵，在中心写吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），四角写朗（藏文：ལཾ，梵文天城体：लँ，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）。 在其后方画须弥山和四大部洲、八小洲。 在其上倾倒火、水、土、铁、木等。 盖上并镇压，画九层逐渐增大的轮涅交杵。 按照仪轨，敲击手鼓，跳金刚舞，修持任何本尊。 上师 猛尊，四面护法等新旧传承，以及不变金刚的清净显现，嘛哈 巴拉亲自供奉，并结合口诀记录，在马年龙月的下半月十二日中午，以阿惹嘎的口头传承方式宣说。

Curse and despise the Guru! Harm sentient beings, despise the ten virtues, and engage in non-virtuous deeds. Place the image, name, and mark into this lingam! Om Maha Bala, so-and-so, minor demon, house ghost, whatever harm is caused to livestock or property, turn it away! Om Ankusha Ja Ja Hum Bam Hoh! Recite one hundred and eight times. Visualize yourself as the Yidam Wrathful Deity, and from your heart, emit a hook-like light, repeatedly hooking and merging. Visualize the lingam as the true embodiment of enemies and obstacles, hold the lingam in your hand, and visualize yourself transforming into Maha Bala, suppressing enemies and obstacles. Hum! In order to subdue evil spirits and demons, Emanate as the mighty Wrathful Deity. Who can control the behavior of cattle, Maha Bala, son of the demon! The body is like the smoky Mount Meru, The root face is red, the face of a bull. The horns of meteoric iron and fire stand upright, The middle face is wrathful, devouring nagas and demons. The upper face is blue, with one eye. Bound with a burning blue silk headdress, Possessing a crown of nine snake heads. The tail coils into an angry serpent. The navel is a triangular fire pit, Summoning enemies and obstacles to be burned within. The two hands hold meteoric iron phurba, Spinning and killing the harm-doers. The mighty one who accomplishes deeds! Written in name and image, The harm-doer so-and-so, I have entrusted you, do not let go! It has been suppressed, do not rise! Suppressed under the feet of Maha Bala! Suppressed under the feet of the mighty one! Om Lam Ah Lam Hum Lam Stambhaya Nan! Visualize the targeted enemies, obstacles, and demons, All falling into the fire pit of the navel, Being taken to the behavior of cattle or the ocean, devoured, killed, and expelled. Place the body of Maha Bala face down on the lingam, with the head facing outward. On top of it, place a corpse, draw a vajra cross with corpse ashes, and write Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the center, and Lam (藏文：ལཾ，梵文天城体：लँ，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗) at each corner. Behind it, draw Mount Meru and the four continents, and the eight subcontinents. Pour fire, water, earth, iron, and wood on top of it. Cover and suppress it, drawing nine layers of gradually increasing wheel-crossed vajras. According to the ritual, strike the hand drum, perform the Vajra Dance, and practice any Yidam. Guru Drakpo, the four-faced Dharmapala, and other new and old traditions, as well as the pure appearance of the immutable Vajra, Maha Bala personally offered, and combined with the oral instructions, were spoken in the Horse Year, Dragon Month, on the twelfth day of the waning moon, at noon, in the manner of Ara Ga's oral transmission. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
