将此系于衣襟修行：嗡ōng 布隆bùlōng 阿啊à 布隆bùlōng 吽hōng 布隆bùlōng 舍利ḥē 布隆bùlōng 怛朗dálǎng 布隆bùlōng 惹萨雅喃rěsàyǎnán 策布隆cèbùlōng。 念诵百万遍即可加持。观想本尊化为光丸。断绝粗糙的饮食，坚持七日，则安乐增温。坚持十四日，则语力无碍增长。坚持二十一日，则智慧生起。坚持一月，则长寿无病，远离衰老。此后若能长期坚持，便能成为具有药物能力的本尊， निश्चित रूप से सिद्ध होगा (藏文：རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་ཉིད，梵文天城体：निश्चित रूप से सिद्ध होगा，梵文罗马拟音：niścita rūpa se siddha hogā，汉语字面意思：确定能成就持明寿命)。 届时，为了遣除障碍、增益力量，应修持上师并祈祷。身之要诀、风之修持不可断绝。适时进行降伏和法轮。不执着、不贪恋，游历于寂静之地。在安心的处所获得成就。如是说。 又问：如此甚深之义，现在应弘扬还是埋藏为伏藏？ 答：我，贝若扎那（Vairochana）此心髓，现在不是弘扬之时。将自身体验发挥到极致，并加以祈愿，于法性虚空中盖印。待到你生命终结之时，与永仲雍仲（Yungdrung Jungne，永恒之源）相遇，便能利益自他。务必保密，方能获得成就。如是说。 乌雅阿亢让（U Ya Aktham Gya）。封印，封印消融。交付封印，乌雅。不坏永仲雍仲之甚深秘密伏藏，极其秘密。

Attach this to the hem of your garment and practice: Oṃ bruṃ āḥ bruṃ hūṃ bruṃ hrīḥ bruṃ trāṃ bruṃ rasāyā naṃ tshe bruṃ. Reciting it a million times will bring blessings. Visualize the deity dissolving into a ball of light. Abstain from coarse food and drink, and by sustaining this for seven days, bliss and warmth will increase. By sustaining it for fourteen days, the power of speech will blaze unimpeded. By sustaining it for twenty-one days, wisdom will arise. By sustaining it for a month, you will have longevity, be free from illness, and be free from aging. Thereafter, by sustaining it for a long time, you will become a deity possessing the power of medicine, निश्चित रूप से सिद्ध होगा (藏文：རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་ཉིད，梵文天城体：निश्चित रूप से सिद्ध होगा，梵文罗马拟音：niścita rūpa se siddha hogā，English literal meaning：Certainly, accomplishment as a vidyādhara of life will occur). At that time, to dispel obstacles and enhance power, practice the lama and pray. Do not interrupt the key points of the body and the practice of wind energy. Occasionally perform subjugation and the wheel of transformation. Without attachment or clinging, wander in solitary places. Find accomplishment in a place of peace. Thus it was said. Again, it was asked: Should such profound meaning be propagated now or buried as a treasure? Answer: This heart essence of mine, Vairochana, is not the time to propagate it now. Exhaust your own experience to the utmost, and with prayers, seal it in the space of Dharmata. When the end of your life comes, and you meet with Yungdrung Jungne, it will benefit yourself and others. Be sure to keep it secret, so that you may attain accomplishment. Thus it was said. U Ya Aktham Gya. Seal, seal dissolve. Entrusted seal, U Ya.
