ྗང་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་མྱུར་ཞི་དཔའ། །ཡུམ་གྱུར་ཨུཏྤལ་བསྣམས་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །འཕགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་མཛད། རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཁྱེད་སྐུ་ཅི་འདྲ་དང་། །འཁོར་དང་སྐུ་ཚེའི་ཚད་དང་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་མཆོག་བཟང་པོ་ཅི་འདྲ་བ། །དེ་འདྲ་ཁོ་ནར་བདག་སོགས་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །མདོ་སྡེ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཚིག་ཁ་བསྒྱུར་བའོ། །ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའི་མཐུས། །ཆོས་རྒྱལ་ཁྲི་སྲོང་གི་གསུང་དུ་གྲགས་པར་སྣང་། བདག་སོགས་གང་དུ་གནས་པའི་ས་ཕྱོགས་སུ། །ནད་གདོན་དབུལ་ཕོངས་འཐབ་རྩོད་ཞི་བ་དང་། །ཆོས་དང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་འཕེལ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་འདོད་པའི་དོན་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པས་དགེ་ལེགས་ཀྱི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་འཕེལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ།། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

尊胜面容一相二臂，迅速寂灭具大勇，化母手持乌巴拉花，祈愿吉祥降临！此乃圣者仁波切所作。 圣救度母（རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་，tārā），您的身形如何？眷属如何？寿命之量如何？ 您的净土如何？您的殊胜尊名如何？ 愿我等亦能如您一般！ 此乃从经部中所出的词句转变而来。因赞颂您并祈祷之威力，似为法王赤松德赞之语。 我等无论居住于何处，愿彼处疾病、邪魔、贫困、争斗皆得平息，愿佛法与吉祥增盛！ 如是，以诸般方式一心一意地祈祷所愿之事，则一切善妙之事皆得圆满增长。

Victorious, one face and two arms, swiftly pacifying and courageous, transformed as mother, holding an Utpala flower, may auspiciousness prevail! This was composed by the noble Rinpoche. O Holy Tārā (རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་，tārā), what is your form like? What are your retinue like? What is the measure of your lifespan like? What is your pure land like? What is your excellent and auspicious name like? May I and others become just like that! These are words transformed from the Sutras. Through the power of praising you and praying to you, it seems to be the words of Dharma King Trisong Detsen. Wherever we dwell, may sickness, evil spirits, poverty, and strife be pacified, and may Dharma and auspiciousness increase! Thus, by single-mindedly praying for desired things in all ways, all virtuous things will be fully increased. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
