Methods for treating Long disease: If this disease occurs in the Long (intestines), the following symptoms will appear: The body becomes angry due to karma, leading to swelling and pain. The mouth is dry, the eyes are red, and the complexion is unpleasant. There is pain in the lower abdomen, below the navel. Urination is difficult, the hands and feet are stiff, the body hair stands on end, the buttocks are also stiff, rashes appear on the chest, and one cannot speak. The sweat from the body turns into blood. Sometimes there is diarrhea. These are the symptoms of a Long disease attack. The treatment method is: Place *phur mong* (Paris polyphylla) in a clay pot, cover it with a ceramic lid, seal it with clay to ensure no smoke escapes, and then burn it into ash. Mix this ash with an adequate amount of anthelmintic medicine to make pills, soak them in fresh ghee, and administer them with cold water from *phur mong*. Musk mixed with alcohol can also be administered. There are four signs that this disease is incurable: If speech is lost, it cannot be cured; if black blood flows from the anus, it cannot be cured; if the body leans forward, it cannot be cured; if one trembles and wrinkles the nose, death will occur. Be cautious and accurate identification is very important. Please, Lord, keep these in mind. The causes of this disease are: disobeying the teachings of the guru, tantric practitioners breaking their vows, and conflicts among monks. For protection, write the following on the first spoke of the five-spoked wheel: Om Om Dhewa Nante Sad Karu Nante Sad (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱོཾ་དྷེ་བ་ནན་ཏེ་སད་ཀ་རུ་ནན་ཏེ་སད།). On the second spoke, write: Om Om Brahmaze Bhram Sad, Bhshogzi Bhshog Sad, Om Om Xungtse Xung Sad, Shogbi Shog Sad (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱོཾ་བྲམ་ཟེ་བྲམ་སད། བཤོག་ཟི་བཤོག་སད། ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱོཾ་ཞུང་ཚེ་ཞུང་སད། ཤོག་བི་ཤོག་སད།). On the third spoke, write: Om Namchak Dorje Khala Bhram, Namchak Dorje Duma Bhram (藏文：ཨོཾ་གནམ་ལྕགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁ་ལ་བྲམ། གནམ་ལྕགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དུ་མ་བྲམ།). On the fourth spoke, write: Namchak Dorje Thib Sod, Om Pechim Ni Svaha (藏文：གནམ་ལྕགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐིབ་སོད། ཨོཾ་ཕེ་ཁྱིམ་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). On the fifth spoke, write: Om Karuna Dzale Hum Phet (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀ་རུ་ན་ཙ་ལེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།). The wheel of non-discrimination is complete. At the navel, write: Khrom (藏文：ཁྲོམ།). Finally, on the male reproductive wheel, write: Om Garuda Hamsa He Dzale Dzale Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ག་རུ་ཌ་ཧཾ་ས་ཧེ་ཙ་ལེ་ཙ་ལེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), and on the female reproductive wheel, write: Om Pechim Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཕེ་ཁྱིམ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). At the end of these, write the mantra. Next to the first spoke, write: Tadyatha, Ili Giwa Suli Igi Svaha (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨི་ལི་གི་ཝ་སུ་ལི་ཨི་གི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Next to the second spoke, write: Tadyatha Hagama Hama Hali, Hama Hama Svaha (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་ཧ་ག་མ་ཧ་མ་ཧ་ལི། ཧ་མ་ཧ་མ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Next to the third spoke, write: Tadyatha Dakla Vajra Gandhe Kanza Durmi Ege He (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་བདག་ལ་བཛྲ་གྷནྡྷེ་ཀན་ཙ་དུར་མི་ཨེ་གེ་ཧེ།). Next to the fourth spoke, write: Kande Hi Kandhe Dza Durmi Li Igi Hi (藏文：ཀན་དེ་ཧི་ཀནྡྷེ་ཙ་དུར་མི་ལི་ཨི་གི་ཧི།). Next to the fifth spoke, write: Gana Huni Arya Svaha (藏文：ག་ན་ཧུ་ནི་ཨཱརྱ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Then, on the circle on the back, write the deity's mantra, including the Ali Kali Ye Dhar mantra. The writing materials are: aconite, Daphne tangutica, gugul incense, neem, Ranunculus, musk, bezoar, ink, and salt mixed together, and then draw two pigs. The head of the mantra of one pig faces inward, and the other faces outward. Combine them and wear them. Auspicious! Prosperous!
