Homage to the Powerful Heruka! To properly accomplish this, the preliminary activities are known elsewhere. Meditate on the three samadhis of the main practice. ཧྲཱིཿ! From the emanation and reabsorption of one's own awareness as HRIH, the elements arise as a protective fortress of stacked layers. In the center, from the syllable BHRUM arises a precious palace, square with horse-headed ornaments complete. Inside, it is adorned with charnel ground amusements, with a vajra pinnacle in the center. Inside and out, it blazes with light. Inside, there are two tiers of wheels, above a lotus, sun, moon, and Naga king. From HRIH, the powerful neighing of Hayagriva resounds. Dark red, with three faces and six arms, white on the right, blue on the left, with nine glaring eyes. Mouth open, tongue curled, bared fangs. Hair blazing upwards, with a horse's head. Uttering the sound 'I-HAI', gathering the three realms. The three right hands hold a sword, khatvanga, and club. The three left hands hold a kapala, bell, and iron hook. The consort is Padma Zildenma, embracing with a khatvanga and skull cup. Adorned with charnel ground attire, dwelling in a blaze of fire. On the right and left are owl and cat heads, holding a khatvanga, iron hook, and skull of blood. On the spokes of the wheels in the four directions, from vajra, jewel, and lotus, are the powerful ones with white, yellow, red, and green complexions. Embracing the consorts of the four families, holding their own emblems. In the intermediate directions, in the wheels, are the eight subjugators, father and mother, complete with ornaments, holding their own emblems. At the four doors are four with terrifying faces, holding an iron hook, lasso, fetter, and bell. Furthermore, the hosts of command attendants of power, all appearing like king and subjects. Having blessed body, speech, and mind, may the empowerment of the five wisdoms be perfected! OM PADMANTA KRITA VAJRA KRODHA HAYA GRIWA HUM PHAT! OM AH HUM OM HUM TRAM HRIH AH! HUM! From the mandala of the invisible sphere, the assembled deities of power, I invite you to come to this place, bless body, speech, and mind, grant supreme and common siddhis, I beseech you to fully bestow all empowerments and stabilize wisdom! In this terrifying charnel ground mandala, on this vast supreme seat of blazing fire, having remained in non-duality, I beseech you to grant the great siddhi! SAMAYA TISHTA LHEN! HUM!
