‘成为三者的命脉’，如此念诵并思维。念诵：嗡啊吽班杂嘎巴则ra Raksha Raksha 吽 (Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra kāba ci rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ)。如果感到兴致高昂且有能力，也可以通过风金刚的念诵和具备四种结合的宝瓶瑜伽甚深瑜伽来稳固。 第三，后行有三：融入光明、升起双运之身、以回向发愿吉祥祝愿来庄严结尾。 第一，阿阿阿 (A a ā)：显现为本尊，明觉融入法界；法界与明觉无有分离之状态；乐空双运，作为象征之身；大印之嬉戏显现。帕 帕 帕 (Phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ)：如此将显现为本尊融入光明，并升起双运之身。 霍 (Ho)：通过积累福德与智慧二资粮，愿众生二障完全清净，愿具足四种结合的殊胜骏马，莲花饮血尊迅速成就！如此回向发愿。 嗡 (Oṃ)：法界自性法身无量光，明觉自显自在圆满报身，法界明觉双运根本传承上师，愿殊胜共同之善妙吉祥成就！如此以吉祥祝愿作为结尾，之后进入日常行为。 此乃 སྐྱབས་མགོན་སི་ཏུ་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ (Kyabgon Situ Rinpoche，司徒仁波切) 的修持心髓，伴随着天上的花朵，如珍宝之鬘佩戴于顶。 མཚོ་སྐྱེས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འཆང་བ (Tshokye Kuntu Changwa，海生普贤) 喜悦之仆人 པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པ (Pema Osel Do-ngak Lingpa，莲花光明显密洲) 于第十五胜生周期的初始火兔年仲夏月的上弦初十，在 སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་བསྟན་པའི་རིང་ལུགས་འཛིན་པ (Drubgyu Tenpai Ringluk Dzinpa，实修传承持有者) སྐྱབས་ཆེ་བླ་བྲང (Kyabje Labrang，怙主拉章) 处书写并献上，愿一切善妙！萨瓦达芒嘎拉姆巴瓦图！

'Becoming the life force of the three,' thus reciting and contemplating. Recite: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra kāba ci rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ. If feeling enthusiastic and capable, one can also stabilize through the recitation of the Wind Vajra and the profound yoga of the vase yoga possessing the four unions. Third, the post-practice has three parts: dissolving into clear light, arising as the union body, and adorning the end with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious wishes. First, A a ā: Appearing as the deity, awareness dissolves into the sphere of reality; the state where the sphere of reality and awareness are inseparable; bliss-emptiness union, as a symbolic body; the play of the great seal manifests. Phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ: Thus, dissolving the appearance as the deity into clear light, and arising as the union body. Ho: Through accumulating the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, may the two obscurations of beings be completely purified, may the supreme steed possessing the four unions, Padma Heruka, be swiftly accomplished! Thus, dedicate and aspire. Oṃ: The essence of the sphere of reality, the Dharmakaya Amitabha, awareness self-appearing, the powerful Sambhogakaya, the union of the sphere of reality and awareness, the root and lineage lamas, may the supreme and common goodness and auspiciousness be accomplished! Thus, concluding with auspicious wishes, then engage in daily activities. This is the heart practice of Kyabgon Situ Rinpoche, accompanied by celestial flowers, like a garland of jewels worn on the crown of the head. Pema Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, the joyful servant of Tshokye Kuntu Changwa, wrote and offered it on the tenth day of the waxing moon in the middle summer month of the Fire Rabbit year, the beginning of the fifteenth Rabjung cycle, at Drubgyu Tenpai Ringluk Dzinpa Kyabje Labrang.
