于明晰之境，触及五处要点：嗡！ 无生无灭，法界之容器；觉性成熟，化为长寿之神。 五智圆满，凝聚于明点之中；自生之光，闪耀而明亮。 虹身金刚宝瓶之灌顶，赋予有缘众生之身。 从无量寿佛之法界菩提中，愿五身自然成就！ 无毁自鸣之秘密灌顶，赋予无造作之语。 愿拙火之乐空生起，五语之声 निरंतर 不断宣说！ 俱生大乐智慧之灌顶，赋予无造作之心。 愿与观世音无别，五智之心得以显现！ 童子宝瓶身第四灌顶，赋予无造作之识基。 愿骏马之威德秘密成就，五种功德自然圆满！ 胜义觉性力量之灌顶，赋予无得失之法界。 愿如鹏鸟般斩断一切，与普遍行为无别，五种事业得以成就！ 念诵真言、字根与元音辅音，以意之热力传递加持。 施予长寿食子与成就甘露，散花并唱诵吉祥之歌。 承诺供养，举行欢庆之宴，于内外情器世界之会众中，获得长寿灌顶，证得智慧。 此乃同时成就殊胜与共同悉地之方法，是所有成熟法门之究竟。 萨玛雅！ 此乃化身大掘藏师秋吉林巴从耶谢南喀佐（意为：智慧虚空藏）所取出之长寿修法金刚鬘百零八法，首先确定根本之长寿本尊父母及其子之根本，其余则交由我保管，然长久以来皆被闲置。 之后于宗 ഷോ德 德谢杜巴（意为：汇集逝者）之大殿中进行修法时，依仗吉祥之征兆，此三部分由不朽丹尼永仲林巴（意为：不朽教法双运洲）所书写，愿吉祥增盛！

In the clear realm, touching upon five key points: Om! No birth, no death, the vessel of Dharmadhatu; awareness ripens, transforming into the deity of longevity. Five wisdoms perfected, condensed within the bindu; self-arisen light, shining brightly. The empowerment of the rainbow body vajra vase, bestowed upon the fortunate beings. From the Dharmadhatu Bodhi of Amitayus, may the five kayas be naturally accomplished! The indestructible self-sounding secret empowerment, bestowed upon the uncreated speech. May the bliss-void of Chandali arise, and the five voices continuously proclaim! The empowerment of co-emergent great bliss wisdom, bestowed upon the uncreated mind. May it be inseparable from Avalokiteshvara, and the five wisdom minds be manifested! The fourth empowerment of the youthful vase body, bestowed upon the uncreated basis of consciousness. May the secret of the mighty horse's glory be accomplished, and the five qualities be naturally perfected! The empowerment of the power of ultimate awareness, bestowed upon the realm of non-gain and non-loss. May it cut through all waves like the Garuda, inseparable from universal activity, and the five activities be accomplished! Recite mantras, root syllables, vowels, and consonants, and transmit the blessings with the warmth of intention. Bestow the longevity torma and the nectar of accomplishment, scatter flowers and sing auspicious songs. Pledge offerings, hold a joyous feast, and within the assembly of inner and outer worlds, receive the longevity empowerment and attain wisdom. This is the method for simultaneously accomplishing supreme and common siddhis, the ultimate of all maturing practices. Samaya! This is the longevity practice Vajra Mala of one hundred and eight methods, extracted by the emanation great terton Chokgyur Lingpa from Yeshe Namkhadzö (meaning: Wisdom Sky Treasury), first establishing the root of the root longevity deity parents and their son, the rest was entrusted to me, but for a long time it was left unattended.
