以及所有眷属，祈愿赐予金刚长寿的稳固成就！ ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿབཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཏིཥྛ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ (Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Vajra Āyuṣe Tiṣṭha Bhrūṃ)，之后进行长寿的融入和隐藏，广行吉祥的加持。后续仪轨如常进行。如此甚深的长寿修法，若为自利，修持三周，可得长寿持明果位；若修持一周，则可平息寿命的障碍，并延长寿命。若为利他，通过长寿灌顶，即使寿命将尽者，亦可延续三年寿命，若多次重复，则可获得长寿持明果位。 甚深圆满大法乃： 普贤心髓之精要，其支分长寿修法，乃极深无文字之口诀， 贝若扎纳（Vairotsana，毗卢遮那，遍照）亲传，为后世之利益，于遥远之地，在雍波隆（Yonpo Lung）取出伏藏，未来由自身之转世所寻得，至尊成就国王之转世，掘藏者将获得彼之成就，修持可息灭寿命之障碍，获得如大地宝藏般的受用。 单传，秘密！萨玛雅！保密！保密！保密！此乃古汝（Guru， गुरु， guru， 上师）之侄子琼托（Khyung Thog）于遥远之雍波隆，形似鹏鸟之岩石颈部所取出。
