这是指所有佛陀以同一意念传承而宣说的教法。 '圆满'指的是词句和意义都达到究竟，没有丝毫遗漏的意思。 这是莲花生大师（Guru Padmasambhava）赐予觉姆·谢尔仲（Jomo Shelron）的教言。之后，莲花生大师（Guru Rinpoche）和曲吉旺秋（Chokyi Wangchuk）将其作为伏藏埋藏，后来曲吉旺秋（Chokyi Wangchuk）在洛扎·阔听拉康（Lhodrak Khoting Lhakhang）将伏藏取出，并嘱托雅砻的年敦·赞巴拉（Nyenton Zambhala）开启伏藏之印，从而广大利益众生。吉祥！吉祥！吉祥！

This refers to all the teachings spoken by all Buddhas through a single intention of transmission. 'Complete' means that both the words and the meaning are perfected, without any remainder left. This was given by Guru Padmasambhava to Jomo Shelron. Then, Guru Rinpoche Chokyi Wangchuk hid it as a treasure, and later Chokyi Wangchuk, from Lhodrak Khoting Lhakhang, instructed Nyenton Zambhala of Yarong to unlock the treasure seal, thus greatly benefiting beings.
