ྲལ་བ༔སྐྱེ་འཆི་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ༔ འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ༔ ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔ དེ་ལྟར་ལས་ཀྱི་རིམ་པ་རྣམས༔ མན་ངག་དང་བཅས་བསྒྲུབས་པ་ཡིས༔ དངོས་གྲུབ་ལས་རྣམས་དུས་གཅིག་འགྲུབ༔ ས་མ་ཡ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ སྤྲུལ་པའི་གཏེར་ཆེན་ཨོ་རྒྱན་མཆོག་གྱུར་བདེ་ཆེན་གླིང་པས་མདོ་ཁམས་ནམ་མཁའ་མཛོད་ཀྱི་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་གཡུ་འབར་བྲག་ནས་སྤྱན་དྲངས་པའི་ཤོག་སེར་གླེགས་བམ་གྱི་ངོས་ལས། ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་དབང་གི་གནས་མཆོག་རི་བོ་དབང་ཞུའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཟླ་གམ་དབང་གི་ཕུག་པར་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

རལ་བ།（ral ba，发辫）སྐྱེ་འཆི་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ།（skye 'chi med pa rdo rje'i sku，无生无死的金刚身） འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ།（'chi med tshe yi dngos grub stsol，赐予无死长寿的成就） ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།（Om Ah Ayu jnana tshe bhram hum，嗡 阿 寿命 智慧 长寿 种子字 吽） 如是这般，通过具足诀窍的次第修持，一切成就事业即能一时圆满。萨玛雅！印！ 化身大伏藏师邬金秋吉德钦林巴，从多康南喀措（mDo khams nam mkha' mdzod）南方玉巴扎（gYu 'bar brag）取出之黄纸经卷。莲花舞自在智无边（pad+ma gar dbang blo gros mtha' yas）于事业调伏自在胜地旺热山（ri bo dbang zhu）之心髓月形自在洞（zla gam dbang gi phug pa）中，记录成文。吉祥增上！

Padma Garwang Lodrö Thaye (莲花舞自在智无边) wrote this down in the heart essence, the moon-shaped Wang gi Phukpa (自在洞), the supreme place of activity, taming and subduing, at Riwo Wangzhu (旺热山).
