血肉骨骼作宴飨，胫骨号筒颅碗声， 红白菩提甘露血，圆满无缺之朵玛， 稀有殊胜之圣物，浩瀚无垠之供品， 祈请上师怒尊及眷属，圆满誓言心生悦， 欢喜纳受行持降伏业！嗡 班杂 阿尔刚 等至，夏巴 菩提 质达 玛哈 惹嘎达 玛姆萨 巴林达 布杂 吼！ 第五赞颂：吽 贝哦！ 尸林凶猛烈火风暴中， 大哉忿怒明王魔众敌， 诸佛总集事业作明王， 遍主黑汝嘎前敬礼赞！ 本性法界智慧中未动， 为调难驯示现忿怒身， 十怒尊之相幻化手印云， 饮血轮王之前敬礼赞！ 九吽智慧之主大威德， 部族坛城化身无有尽， 三续慢者军队如风卷， 顶礼威猛自在坛城尊！ 第六念诵：吽 舍！ 心髓菩提心之坛城中， 如幻智慧嬉戏之诸尊， 不舍金刚之誓愿忆念， 祈请赐予加持与悉地！ 如是祈请后修持：于自心间莲花日轮上，天铁金刚杵之中央有 吽 （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），其外咒鬘旋绕，光明吽之音声中，供养十方三世诸佛及菩萨，役使八部鬼神众，三有世间一切有情，皆为不作意之本尊，生起为忿怒明王之身，音声震动吽之自声中，念头分别皆于本初法界，觉性收摄于智慧明点中，吽 吽 吽 吽 吽，念诵本尊命咒独字吽，无间五连不断诵，间或以觉受变化诵，寻常之显现执着皆消融，与大威德无二无别，如是说。如实修持隐秘法，于吽 吽 吽 吽 吽 字中，红吽如火燃烧如云聚，焚烧身语疾病魔障罪业，从右鼻孔中出，五智吽字充满三界，从中化现身形发吽声，五毒自性光芒与魔障，及诸邪魔化为灰烬，十方三世诸佛及菩萨，加持威力同时降临，融入自身化为吽字，能力增长百千倍，念诵以上五吽字，如是自生本尊。

Flesh and bones as food, shinbone trumpet and skull drum sound, White and red bodhi nectar, an ocean of rakta, A great torma complete with all aggregates, With wondrous and vast samaya substances, Fulfill the samaya of the wrathful lama and retinue, Be pleased and accomplish wrathful activities! Om Vajra Argham etc. to Shabda Bodhicitta Maha Rakta Mamsa Balimta Puja Ho! Fifth, the Praise: Hum Bhyo! In the fierce charnel ground, a whirlwind of fire and wind, Great glorious wrathful king, the great slayer of demons, The embodiment of all Buddhas' activities, Drobo Lod, To the all-pervading Heruka, I prostrate and praise! Though not moving from the sphere of innate wisdom, To tame the wicked, you manifest as a wrathful king in wrath, The appearance of the ten wrathful ones, radiating clouds of mudras, To the blood-drinking wheel-turner, I prostrate and praise! Lord of the nine wisdom Hums, great glorious deity, Lineage assembly, endless emanated retinues, The arrogant armies of the three lineages rage like the wind, I praise the deities of the powerful and fierce mandala! Sixth, the Recitation: Hum Hrih! In the mandala of the heart essence, bodhichitta, All the deities who play in illusory wisdom, Remember the unwavering vajra commitment, Grant blessings, empowerments, and siddhis! Having urged thus, engage in the approach: On a lotus and sun disc in your heart, At the center of a sky-iron vajra is Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), Surrounding it, a garland of mantra revolves, With the clear light and sound of Hum, Offerings are made to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, The eight classes of spirits are commanded to action, All appearances of the three realms, stable and moving, All are the uncreated root deity, Arise as the great wrathful king of spontaneous manifestation, The sound of Hum echoes, Thoughts and concepts are in the space of primordial purity, free from elaboration, Awareness gathers into a bindu of wisdom, Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum, The life-syllable of the approach, the single syllable, Continuously recite the five connected without interruption, Occasionally take it up with changes in experience, All ordinary appearances and attachments dissolve, And you become inseparable from the great glorious one, Thus it is said. As taught in the hidden practice, from the syllables Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum, Red Hum blazes like fire, gathering like clouds, Burning away diseases, evil influences, sins, and obscurations of body and speech, Emanating from the right nostril, The five-wisdom Hum syllable fills the three realms, From it, a form arises, proclaiming the sound of Hum, The self-existing radiance of the five poisons and obstructing forces, And oath-breakers and spirits are reduced to ashes, The blessings and power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, Together with their abilities, Gather back and dissolve into oneself as Hum, And the power is increased a hundred thousandfold, Recite the above five Hums. In your presence and before the visualized deity, Wrathful Guru (Heruka) possesses great power of miraculous abilities, in his heart: Upon a sun disc, a Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) syllable is encircled by a garland of mantras. Rays of light blaze like a fire, radiating in the ten directions. The sound of the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) syllable proclaims throughout the three realms. Destroying all the armies of oath-breaking demons. Liberating all obstacles and demonic forces into the realm of primordial purity. Visualize everything gathering and dissolving into oneself, gaining incomparable power. The secret mantra for practice is: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲོ་བོ་ལོད་ལོ་ཀ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi huṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum). It is said that seven million recitations are required for meditation and accomplishment. Without a solid foundation of practice, reciting them arbitrarily can endanger one's own life. Therefore, it is essential to have a lineage with pith instructions.
