་བཞུགས་པར་མོས་ཤིག །སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་གཏོར་འབུལ་གསོལ་ཁ་སྤྱི་འགྲོ་མདོར་བསྡུས་བྱ། གཏོར་མ་གཙང་སར་བསྐྱེལ། སྡེ་བརྒྱད་རྣམས་རང་གནས་སུ་གཤེགས། རང་རིག་དང་དབང་དུ་བསྐུར་བྱའི་དྲེགས་པ་རྣམས་གཉིས་མེད་ཀ་དག་སྤྲོས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ངང་དྭངས་སྐྱོངས་ལ་མཉམ་པར་འཇོག་པ་ཞུ། ཞེས་དགོངས་པ་བསྐྱང་། དེ་ལྟར་དྲེགས་པ་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་སྲོག་དབང་ཟབ་ཅིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་གཉན་པ་གཅིག་བརྒྱུད་ལས་འཆོལ་བར་སྤྱད་དུ་མེད་པར་བཀའ་ནན་དུ་བསྡམས་པ་ཉིད་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་པས་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་དྲེགས་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་རྣམས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་ཏུ་ 13-54-3b བསྲུང་བ་དང་། ཉི་ཚེའི་ལས་ལ་མི་བཀོལ་ཞིང་རྟག་ཏུ་གསོལ་མཆོད་མི་གཅོག་པ་སོགས་གཞུང་ལས་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པ་རྣམས་སྤང་བླང་ལེགས་པར་བྱ་དགོས་སོ། །ཞེས་གདམས། དེ་ནས་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཕྱིན་ཆད་དབང་གཞུང་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་པའང་དབང་གཞུང་གི་ཟུར་འདེབས་སུ་གུ་ཎས་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

请信受安住。简略作供养八部众（sde brgyad）朵玛（gtor ma）的祈请。将朵玛送至净处。八部众返回各自处所。请将自明觉（rang rig）和将要赋权的傲慢者们，安住于二取不存、远离戏论的原始清净（ka dag spros pa dang bral ba'i ngang）之澄明状态中。如此思维。如是，对于傲慢八部众的命权（srog dbang），极其深奥且极其严厉，不可违越传承而使用，务必严加禁制，此乃善妙成就。因此，八部傲慢众的誓言（dam tshig），无论外、内、密，皆应如法守护；不可用于琐碎之事，且应恒常供养不辍等，对于经中所说之取舍，皆应善加取舍。如是教诫。此后，吉祥祝愿等，皆如赋权仪轨而行。此乃赋权仪轨之旁注，由功德（gu Na）所书，愿善妙增盛！

Please believe and abide. Briefly make the offering and supplication of the Torma (gtor ma) to the Eight Classes of Gods and Demons (sde brgyad). Send the Torma to a clean place. The Eight Classes return to their respective places. Please let the self-awareness (rang rig) and the arrogance to be empowered abide in the clear state of primordial purity (ka dag), free from duality and elaboration. Think in this way. Thus, the life force (srog dbang) of the arrogant Eight Classes is extremely profound and extremely strict. It must not be used beyond the lineage, and must be strictly prohibited. This is a good accomplishment. Therefore, the vows (dam tshig) of the arrogant Eight Classes, whether outer, inner, or secret, should be protected in accordance with the Dharma; they should not be used for trivial matters, and constant offerings should not be interrupted. One should properly accept or reject what is said in the scriptures. Thus advised. Thereafter, auspicious wishes and so on should be performed according to the empowerment ritual.
