་རོ། །ཞེས་དད་གུས་དམ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་མ་རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་ཆ་མོན་ཡུལ་ཀུ་བང་བེའུ་ཕུག་གི་བླ་མ་པདྨ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དང་མང་ཡུལ་སྐྱིད་གྲོང་གནས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་དཔལ་འབར་དང་གུང་ཐང་ནུབ་རི་ཏྲ་ 5-40-3b ལའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནམ་མཁའི་ནོར་བུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནན་དུ་བསྐུལ་ངོར་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྩལ་གྱིས་བོད་ཡུལ་མངའ་རིའི་ཆ་གུང་ཐང་ནུབ་རི་མོན་དང་བོད་ཡུལ་གྱི་མཚམས་ཏྲ་ལ་དབུ་རྩེར་ས་བྱ་གྲོ་ཞུན་ཟླ་བར་བཀོད་པ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

At the insistent request of the Vajra disciples, full of devotion and reverence, Lama Padma Tsondu (Padma brtson 'grus) of Kuwang Be'u Phuk in Chamon, India, Chöying Palbar (Chos dbyings dpal 'bar), a practitioner from the sacred site of Kyidrong in Mangyul, and Namkhai Norbu (Nam mkha'i nor bu), a practitioner from Gungtang Nubri Trala, Tsewang Norbu Dorje Sempa Tsal composed this at the summit of Trala, the border between Gungtang Nubri Mon in the Ngari region of Tibet and Tibet proper, in the Drozhun month (December) of the Earth Hare year.
