瑜伽母自在迪那迦罗派系的加持 24-382 ༄༅། །瑜伽母自在迪那迦罗派系的加持 ༄༅། །瑜伽母自在迪那迦罗派系的 加持。 ༄༅། །顶礼诸上师！此处为瑜伽母自在迪那迦罗派系的加持次第。如自生、对生、供养食子修法中所说而行。以金刚橛击打罪业，如猎人般进行四大的净化和守护，入内献曼扎。之后降下智慧，对生上师从心间生出不可思议的本尊身，因融入弟子之缘故，观想主母单独的脐间有咒鬘和明点。三界融入自身，自身融入咒鬘，咒鬘融入明点，也观想其消失，并演奏音乐。之后献曼扎。念诵“吽”，于护轮法生中央，如现观般观想，上师观想以宝瓶水灌顶，念诵 ༀ་བཛྲ་ཨ་བྷི་ཤིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，嗡 班匝 阿比钦匝 吽，梵文天城体，ॐ वज्र अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ vajra abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思，嗡 金刚 灌顶 吽）。实际上没有洗浴。之后上师从左鼻孔吹气，弟子从右鼻孔吸气融入中脉。之后进行风的结合。手掌抵住腋窝，用力收紧中间的身体。燃起拙火，所有菩提心汇聚于顶轮。在那里，再次熊熊燃烧，从顶轮的ཧཾ་（藏文，ཧཾ་，梵文天城体，हं，梵文罗马拟音，haṃ，汉语字面意思， 航）中降下甘露之流。顶轮生起喜，喉间生起胜喜，心间生起殊喜，脐间生起俱生喜。再次菩提心向上升起，到达顶轮。在那里，所有坛城刹那间消失于虚空，不作任何思念而安住于平等。再次刹那间从空性中生起为本尊，介绍说这是双运。以喜悦充满的红粉作明点。之后如主尊如何等，献曼扎。从今开始等。此中有在少女坛城中加持的，也应知晓其方式。后行仪轨与通常相同。 此乃应吉祥达隆塘巴之命，由多罗那他所著。།།愿吉祥广大。 （母本为果地十处旧版，外，751页）

Here is the sequence of blessings for the Yogini Empowerment of the Dina Kara Tradition. Perform the self-generation, front-generation, offering torma, and sadhana as they appear. Strike down sins with the phurba, and perform the purification and protection of the four elements like a hunter. Come inside and offer a mandala. Then, bring down the wisdom: the front-generation teacher generates an immeasurable form of the goddess from their heart. Due to the student being absorbed, contemplate the mantra garland and bindu at the navel of the principal deity alone. The three realms dissolve into oneself. Oneself into the mantra garland. That dissolves into the bindu. Also, contemplate its disappearance and play music. Then, offer a mandala. Contemplate "Hūṃ" in the center of the protection wheel and dharma origin as in the Abhisamaya. Thinking that the lama is bestowing empowerment with vase water, recite Oṃ Vajra Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文，嗡 班匝 阿比钦匝 吽，梵文天城体，ॐ वज्र अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ vajra abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思，嗡 金刚 灌顶 吽). There is no actual washing. Then, the lama blows air from the left nostril. The student inhales from the right and it dissolves into the central channel. Then, perform the union of winds. Place the palms of the hands in the armpits and tightly constrict the middle of the body. Igniting the tummo, all the bodhicitta gathers at the crown of the head. There, blazing again and again, a stream of nectar flows from the Haṃ (藏文，ཧཾ་，梵文天城体，हं，梵文罗马拟音，haṃ，汉语字面意思， 航) at the crown of the head. Bliss at the crown of the head. Supreme bliss at the throat. Special bliss at the heart. Innate bliss at the navel. Again, the bodhicitta ascends upwards. Arriving at the crown of the head. There, all the mandalas instantly dissolve into the sky. Without thinking of anything, rest in equanimity. Again, instantly arising as the deity from emptiness, introduce it as union. Make a bindu with sindhura filled with joy. Then, as the principal deity how, etc., offer a mandala. Starting from today, etc. Here, there is also blessing in the mandala of young maidens, and one should also know its method.
