古汝南方派诀窍集 古汝南方派诀窍集 古汝南方派诀窍集 顶礼古汝。 这是扎兰达拉派的圆满次第，并非其他，于中脉之中，在脐轮、心间、喉间、顶轮处，观想ཨཾ་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马转写 aṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨཾ་），ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马转写 hūṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུཾ་），ༀ་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马转写 oṃ，汉语字面意思：ༀ་），ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马转写 haṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཾ་），颜色分别是红黄、蓝色、红色、白色。之后，屏住呼吸，使之相交，如闪电般燃烧。吹入这些字。从ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马转写 haṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཾ་）中降下甘露白菩提的流，伴随着五种光芒。都提脉中充满火焰、精液之流、甘露、彩虹光芒。最终，融入母胎莲花中特别增盛的明点之中。再次重复燃烧等，并进行观修。所谓舍弃口诵，是指进行金刚念诵。控制气息等是命勤，与宝瓶气结合，置于无念之中，即是命勤。三界、自生本尊、字、明点、那达依次融入之后进行分解，并在那样的状态中守护的空性，再次刹那间生起为本尊，然后尽力扩展，进行金刚念诵。猛厉火宝瓶气、光明、念诵四者，是完整的圆满次第。这些的实际操作没有详细说明。这是古汝南方派的诀窍。 此乃以超凡的智慧与慈悲之力，以无与伦比的庄严之轮圆满庄严的至尊达隆塘巴之教言，以头顶戴受。衮噶宁波达热纳塔所著。（母本为果地十处旧书，背面751） 目录 古汝南方派诀窍集

This is the completion stage of the Jalandhara tradition, not something else. Within the central channel, at the navel chakra, heart center, throat, and crown, meditate on Aṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Aṃ), Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ), Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ). Their colors are reddish-yellow, blue, red, and white respectively. Then, hold the breath and bring the tips together, causing it to blaze like lightning. Blow into these letters. From Haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) descends a stream of nectar white bodhicitta, accompanied by five kinds of light rays. The dhuti is filled with fire, a stream of semen, trickling nectar, and rainbow light. Finally, it dissolves into the bindu within the particularly enlarged vulva. Again, repeat the blazing and meditate. It is said that abandoning verbal recitation means performing vajra recitation. Controlling the breath is prana exertion. Combined with vase breathing, it is placed in a state of non-thought, which is prana exertion. The three realms, self-arisen deity, letters, bindu, and nada are gradually dissolved, followed by dissolution, and the emptiness of maintaining that state. Again, instantly generate as a deity, then expand as much as possible and perform vajra recitation. Fierce fire vase breathing, clear light, and the four recitations are a complete completion stage. The practical instructions for these are not explained in detail. This is the Guru Southern Tradition's instruction. This was written by Kunga Nyingpo Taranatha, who received the teachings of Jetsun Pal Taklung Thangpa, adorned with an unparalleled wheel of knowledge and compassion, with utmost respect.
