Collection of Teachings by Master Taranatha JT535 The Meaning of the Name Vajravarahi. 24-233 ༄༅། །The Meaning of the Name Vajravarahi. ༄༅། །The Meaning of the Name Vajravarahi. ༄༅། །Oṃ(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Homage to the Guru. Here, from the Teacher's mouth, the definitive meaning of Varahi is spoken as follows: From the Hunter's Instructions: The Fully Enlightened Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas, do not speak of this wisdom of all, self-awareness is separate from all aspects, indestructible sound and all aspects, this is the ultimate Varahi. The great accomplished Haritada also said, therefore, it is unspeakable, the essence is separate from aspects, yet the awareness of one's own knowledge is indestructible, the wisdom is all-aspects. Thus he said. Also, some say that Ba (ba) is Vayu, which stimulates the inner heat, Ra (ra) is Re Pha, which is the inner heat, Ha (ha) is Haṃ, which is the Haṃ of the crown chakra, I (i) is Dibu, meaning clarity, therefore, the mixing of burning and dripping makes the channels clear. Also, Ba (ba) is Vayu, which also refers to aspect, which is the appearance of emptiness, Ra (ra) is Re Pha, which is the inner heat of wisdom, the very form of emptiness, Hi (hi) is great bliss, which is the essence of that form of emptiness, residing in union from the beginning, I (i) is Dibu, which is clearly shining with aspects. Thus, there are four, Ba (ba) wind, Ra (ra) dust, Hi (hi) heart-strength, by meditating on the inseparable three on the path, it is manifested in the result, thus it is explained. However, the virtuous friend Perseverance Glory (Brcun 'grus dpal bshes gnyen) said as follows: Here, the element of wind, is accomplished for the benefit of beings, the goddess who is stimulated and arises, is called Varahi. And, the sound of Ba (ba) is indeed wind, A (a) is the place of the lower wheel, by moving there it is Ra (ra), oneself is the form of fire, the very nature of all dharmas, the form of Dhuti A (a), the nature of fire from oneself, moving inseparably, again like the form of A (a), the power of bliss radiates, the two A's (a) combine and give to Ra (ra). And, Ha (ha) is the place of the wheel of bliss, the hot rays of A (a) embrace, from there pervading everywhere, the various bindus are indeed E (e), from there the supramundane mind, the very bliss of the supramundane, the basis of inexhaustible glory, is the form of the aspect of A (a). Thus he said. That is, Ba (ba) goes.

下面的阿字(藏文:ཨ་),阿努త్పanna(梵文天城体:अनुत्पन्न,梵文罗马拟音:Anutpanna,汉语字面意思:不生),表示一切法本性生而无生的阿字(藏文:ཨ་ཤད)。 The root of words like "va" and "purity," going upwards through the central channel, is the meaning of the letter "va." "A" is the letter A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཀ་ར་), meaning all forms, or referring to the va with a vowel mark above. Avadhūta (Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Chinese literal meaning: one who has shaken off), refers to the navel chakra or the secret tummo. Ra is the line that burns upwards. The A above (Tibetan: ཨ་), Avanoti (Sanskrit Devanagari: अवनोति, Sanskrit Romanization: Avanoti, Chinese literal meaning: severing), meaning to destroy sins, abiding in the destruction of the multitude of discursive thoughts. The A below (Tibetan: ཨ་), Anutpanna (Sanskrit Devanagari: अनुत्पन्न, Sanskrit Romanization: Anutpanna, Chinese literal meaning: unborn), represents the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད) that symbolizes the nature of all dharmas as being born without birth. The letter Ha is Heruka, the great bliss that is the same in nature as the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ་). I is radiance, etc., and the symbol of the feminine, manifesting various appearances, is Prajñāpāramitā, the play of tummo. Tummo is Caṇḍālī (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: Caṇḍālī, Chinese literal meaning: fierce woman). Being angry at the inversion of Ali, or being angry at animals, refers to discursive thoughts or ignorance, it is anger towards the direction of samsara. That is, it is neither desire nor non-desire, co-emergent is called bodhi. This meaning is explained in the explanation of Caṇḍālī (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: Caṇḍālī, Chinese literal meaning: fierce woman), this explanation is very subtle and excellent. Also, the oral instructions of the hunter and the teachings of Haridara are in accordance with the teachings of Jetsun Rechen Dongarwa. Va is the meaning of Vāca (Sanskrit Devanagari: वाच, Sanskrit Romanization: Vāca, Chinese literal meaning: speech), referring to the unspeakable, which is beyond sound and discursive thought. What is transcended? Ra is the letter A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཀ་ར་ཨ་ཀ་ར་), referring to being separated from form and formlessness, it is beyond the two dharmas, boundless bliss. How is it transcended? A is Avidya (Sanskrit Devanagari: अविद्या, Sanskrit Romanization: Avidyā, Chinese literal meaning: ignorance), that is, each with its own self-realized wisdom. Where is it transcended? Ha is the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ་), referring to the indestructible bindu, Aghāta (Sanskrit Devanagari: अघात, Sanskrit Romanization: Aghāta, Chinese literal meaning: un-struck) refers to the indestructible, it is the indestructible nāda or sound. I is its wisdom, it is the supreme emptiness that possesses all forms, the meaning of radiance is as mentioned before. Thus, transcending sound and discursive thought, because of self-realized wisdom, being separated from the four extremes, the bliss-emptiness in which subject and object become one, the inseparable co-emergent, by practicing the indestructible bindu, all forms manifest, that is the meaning of Caṇḍālī (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: Caṇḍālī, Chinese literal meaning: fierce woman). The explanation of the meaning of the name Vajravarahi, from the authoritative scriptures, seen through the kindness of the guru, Tarānatha, at the age of twenty-three, at Yangon Monastery of the sacred practice place Samding, briefly compiled what was seen to make it easy to understand. May virtue and excellence increase! (The original text is an old edition from the ten colleges of Drepung Monastery, the last page is 751) Table of Contents Explanation of the Meaning of Vajravarahi
