Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, and the three others. All sentient beings, etc., the four immeasurables, three times. Oṃ Svabhāva... From emptiness, the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Shame) emits flames of light. From that, oneself transforms into the form of the supreme horse playing. The center is red, the right is green, the left is white, with three faces. The right hands hold a vajra, a trident, and a sword. The left hands hold a threatening mudra, a short spear, and a noose. With six hands, three eyes, bared fangs, and eight feet. Subduing the arrogance of the eight classes of beings, the eight snakes. On top of the three heads are three green and black horse heads. The horse neighs, subduing the three realms. From the gaps in the hair, a protective wheel of fire is emitted. The body is fully adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments. Residing in the center of the fire, complete with the appearance of a wrathful king. In the heart, on a sun disc, is the red seed syllable Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Shame). Surrounded by the essence mantra, from which rays of light emanate, cutting down the wicked, and offering to the noble assembly, then dissolving back into oneself. Oṃ Hrīḥ Padma Ta Kra Vajra Krodha Haya Grava Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文：ༀ་ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨ་ཏ་ཀྲ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲ་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ ह्रीः पद्म त क्र वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रव हुलु हुलु हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ padma ta kra vajra krodha haya grava hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om Hrih Lotus Ta Kra Vajra Krodha Haya Grava Hulu Hulu Hum Phat). Recite as much as possible. By this virtue, may I quickly attain the wrathful king Hayagriva, and may all beings without exception be placed in that state. This is the daily practice. At special times, such as when the sky is empty, perform the self-generation as before. Perform the bell and damaru offering and the three-part offering, etc. Sprinkle water on a shalü (food name) torma. Bless it as a three-part offering, then say: Oṃ Tri Tsa Pala Sa Pariwara Bhyaḥ (藏文：ༀ་ཏྲི་ཙ་པ་ལ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝ་ར་བྷྱཿ). Oṃ Akaro, etc., add seven times. After reciting the mantra of Avalokiteśvara Sambhara about twenty-one times, pray: May those who dwell around this place, and the eight classes of beings such as dragons and kings who come suddenly, and those who originally dwell here, be generous friends and good residents for us who practice the Dharma. May those who come suddenly return to their own places. This is the command of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and of the gods and sages, all who speak the truth. The Buddha's command is true, the Dharma's command is true, and the Sangha's command is true.
