In front of oneself, on a lotus and sun, from Hūṃ arises the Swift-Acting Wisdom Protector, six-armed, body color dark blue-black, the first two holding a knife and skull cup. The middle two hold a garland of human heads and a trident. The last two hold a ḍamaru and a lasso. Adorned with a tiger skin and a garland of heads, bone ornaments and snakes, and on all hands and feet, a garland of tinkling bells. Standing with both feet together, pressing down the Lord of Hosts. Three eyes wide open, bared fangs, beard, eyebrows, and hair blazing upwards. Having an Akṣobhya Buddha as a crown ornament. A sindhūra dot smeared on the forehead. Om Takki Raja Samaya Bhyoh Duja Hum Phet. Idam etc. three times. Om Du Yak Dza Maha Kala Trakshad Hum Phet. Idam etc. three times. Om Shri Maha Kala Ya Sha Sana etc. Dina Me Ke Na Mara Ya Hum Phet. Idam etc. offer to all the oath-bound ones three times. Offer with Argham etc. Om Ah Hum. Thus offer the inner offering. Hum. I prostrate to the Swift-Acting Chenrezig. Together with foot rings, he subdues Vinayaka. The great black one is clad in a tiger skin. The six hands are adorned with snakes as ornaments. The right hand holds a curved knife, the middle one holds a rosary. The last one fiercely plays the Damaru. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood and a trident. Similarly, holding a lasso, he binds. The fierce face bares its fangs. Three eyes and fierce hair stand on end. The forehead is marked with Sindhura. The crown is firmly sealed by Akshobhya. He wears a garland of fifty bleeding human heads. The head is adorned with five precious skull cups. He comes from the tree and takes the Torma. I prostrate and praise the glorious six-armed one. Please accept this offering and Torma etc., and pray for the fulfillment of wishes. It is also permissible to do these after the clearing of obscurations of the inseparable Lama Gonpo etc. Confession of the Hundred Syllables, prayers, and auspicious words are recited. This concise and easy-to-carry Torma offering of the Six-Armed Wisdom Gonpo was composed by Tara Natha at Gongkar Palace at the request of Nyima Namgyal, the caretaker of Gangkar Dorje Den. May whatever actions are undertaken be in accordance with the Dharma. May there be no decline from sin. May all efforts in this life be transformed into the path of pure and stainless virtue.
