多罗那他大师教言集JT388颇瓦ഹിക്九法。 20-18 ༄༅། །颇瓦ഹിക്九法。 ༄༅། །颇瓦ഹിക്九法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！以皈依发心为前行，自身并非血肉之躯， 观想自身时轮金刚俱生身，身色蓝色，如倒扣的空囊，如同蓝色水晶的形状。 中脉如箭杆般粗细，位于身体中央，如同命脉一般存在。 下端插入脐下四指处，上端插入头顶梵穴。 头顶观想白色ཧཾ་（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，字面意思：హం），头朝下。前额观想白色ༀ་（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，字面意思：唵），头朝下。 喉咙观想红色ཨཱཿ（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，字面意思：阿），头朝下。心间观想蓝色ཧཱུཾ་（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽），头朝上。 脐间观想黄色སྭཱ་（藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वा，梵文罗马拟音：svā，字面意思： स्वा），头朝上。观想中脉下端的ཨ་（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，字面意思：阿）字红色，呈智慧之火燃烧的形状，最后收紧肛门。 念诵“ഹിക്”时，因火风的推动，ཨཱཿ字燃烧，从中脉向上升起。再次念诵“ഹിക്”，因上行风的推动，击中脐间的黄色སྭཱ་字，化为黄色明点。再次念诵“ഹിക്”，击中心间的ཧཱུཾ་字，化为黑色明点。之前的黄色明点与之融为一体，变为黄黑色。 再次念诵“ഹിക്”，因上行风下压，击中头顶的白色ཧཾ་字，ཧཾ་字融化为白色明点。再次念诵“ഹിക്”， 因上行风下压，与前额的ༀ་字融合，化为白色明点。再次念诵“ഹിക്”，因上行风下压，击中喉咙的ཨཱཿ字，与之前的白色明点融为一体。化为红白色明点。再次念诵“ഹിക്”，因上行风下压，红色明点融入心间的黄黑色明点中， 20-19 观想杂色明点，大小如豌豆或芥子，最后念诵三遍“ഹിക്”，从中脉向上升起，在距离头顶十六指高的 虚空中，毫无疑虑地将意识转移到法身之上师时轮金刚的心间。 ༈ 头顶是通往解脱的宽广之门，皈依处是无欺的金刚……

With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, one's own body is not of flesh and blood, Visualize yourself as the Sahaja Kālacakra, blue in color, like an inverted empty bladder, in the shape of blue crystal. The central channel is like a medium-sized arrow shaft, located in the center of the body as the life force. Its lower end is inserted about four fingers below the navel, and its upper end is inserted into the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. At the crown of the head, visualize a white Haṃ (藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，字面意思：హం) facing downwards. At the forehead, visualize a white Oṃ (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，字面意思：唵) facing downwards. At the throat, visualize a red Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，字面意思：阿) facing downwards. At the heart, visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽) facing upwards. At the navel, visualize a yellow Svā (藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वा，梵文罗马拟音：svā，字面意思： स्वा) facing upwards. At the lower end of the central channel, visualize the red A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，字面意思：阿) letter in the shape of blazing wisdom fire, and finally contract the anus. When reciting "HIK," due to the force of the fire wind, the Āḥ letter blazes, rising upwards from within the central channel. Again, when reciting "HIK," due to the force of the ascending wind, it strikes the yellow Svā letter at the navel, transforming it into a yellow bindu. Again, when reciting "HIK," it strikes the Hūṃ letter at the heart, transforming it into a black bindu. The previous yellow bindu merges with it, becoming yellowish-black. Again, when reciting "HIK," due to the downward pressure of the upper wind, it strikes the white Haṃ letter at the crown of the head, causing the Haṃ letter to dissolve into the form of a white bindu. Again, when reciting "HIK," due to the downward pressure of the wind, it merges with the Oṃ at the forehead, transforming it into a white bindu. Again, when reciting "HIK," due to the downward pressure of the wind, it strikes the Āḥ at the throat, merging with the previous white bindu. It transforms into a red-white bindu. Again, when reciting "HIK," due to the downward pressure of the wind, that red bindu dissolves into the yellowish-black bindu at the heart, 20-19 Visualize a variegated bindu, the size of a pea or a mustard seed, and finally, with three HIKs, it rises upwards from within the central channel, and without any doubt or hesitation, transfer the consciousness to the heart of the Dharmakāya guru Kālacakra in the sky above the crown of the head, measured sixteen fingers away. ༈ At the crown of the head is the vast gate of liberation, the refuge is the infallible Vajra…
