Collected Teachings of Doronatha JT342 A Description of the Sacred Site of Kyipu Deden Hermitage 17-266 ༄༅། །A Description of the Sacred Site of Kyipu Deden Hermitage. ༄༅། །A Description of the Sacred Site of Kyipu Deden Hermitage. ༄༅། །Oṃ Svasti! Glorious Kalachakra and, Vajravarahi Yogini. Virupa with power and might, Dharmakaya Kuntuzangpo the Second. Kunsang, great compassion, diligence, etc. At the lotus feet of the four Dharma Lord father and sons, I prostrate and request blessings. Bless all those assembled here. Regarding the greatness of this Kyipu Deden Hermitage, the wisdom Ai (藏文,梵文天城体:ऐ,梵文罗马拟音:ai,汉语字面意思:Ai) syllable is the supreme source of Dharma. The Vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vaṃ) syllable is the union of great bliss and co-emergence. It is a symbolic method representing the union of wisdom and skillful means. The arrangement of the site is wondrous and amazing. The towering, vast, and high rocky mountain symbolizes the height and vastness of pure view. The king of birds soaring and playing upon it is a sign of the arising of various experiences and qualities. Adorned with roots, flowers, fruits, and gardens, it symbolizes the impartial arising of signs and experiences. A place where gatherings of wild animals rejoice and play is a sign of great compassion protecting sentient beings. The cave of the secret space realm is the supreme sacred site of Vajravarahi, Pāṭana. It is similar to a self-arisen stupa site, from which the fragrance of nectar arises from time to time. Moreover, as stated in the Tantra of Red and Black Yama, "Caitya Pāṭana is also called the city of stupas." In Hevajra and Samputa, it is explained as "Cāritra." In southern India, there is a self-arisen sacred site of Vajravarahi of activity, where the intoxicating fragrance of excellence naturally emanates. 17-267 Similarly, this supreme sacred site is also a symbol of a self-arisen sacred site blessed by Vajravarahi. As a sign, the fragrance of inner offering naturally emanates at various auspicious times, even to this day. Furthermore, Dharma Lord Kunsang Chenpo, seeing that this place has many qualities of a hermitage, stayed here for thirteen summers and winters. After that, the other two father and sons also stayed once each. Then, Kunsang Chodrak Palzang and many others successively...

Resided. In particular, the Omniscient Buddha of the Three Times also resided for two years, and it is the place where the complete and detailed explanation of the glorious Kalachakra Tantra was first given. Moreover, in the past, Dharma Lord Kunpang Chenpo directly saw the Yoga Master Virupa, and also received the prophecy to compose the confused combination of Lamdre (Path and Result) and the commentary on the Vajra Verses. The treatises on Lamdre were also written here, so it is also a great sacred place blessed by the Yoga Master Virupa. Checked and completed, may auspiciousness increase. Table of Contents A description of the sacred site of Kyipu Deden, a place of practice.
