Namo Guru Ārya Tārāyai Tadyathā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思): Homage to the Guru, Noble Tara! By what immutable great bliss, the chariot of mind, is especially filled. May the lotus feet of the supreme guru, become certain in the water-ocean of the heart. In the long work of existence and being, those who are weary like guests, may they also, by the power of repeated contemplation, how find the deathless path. Those who desire liberation, should diligently, practice what is appropriate, and in other ways, those who have long fallen into the abyss of doubt, should be given these certainties of the holy ones. Having received empowerment from the Vajra Master as spoken of, possessing the qualities, the pure asceticism should also be truly undertaken. The ten non-virtues and stinginess, abandoning the sacred Dharma, abandoning the Bodhicitta, likewise generating harmful thoughts, these fourteen are root downfalls, ordained Bodhisattvas should completely abandon them from the root. Those with intelligence, especially those who remain at home, if they are not stained by the four root [downfalls] and wrong views, it is also permissible to abandon the nine through skillful means. Whether one is ordained or a householder, if these are abandoned, one will achieve, otherwise not. In one's own mind, with one's own essence, abide equally in a pervasive, indestructible state. Here, whatever the nature of the mind becomes enlightened, recognizing this way is a branch of the basis. Having placed one's own mind equally in one's own essence, all appearances such as purifying water, are not other than the mind, impurities are self-purifying, and again 14-135 again, the essential point of bathing is to meditate correctly. Thus, these two are the general way of the Mahayana. At the time of inhaling, restraining, and exhaling, in the nature of quick movement, without expectation, without object, abide equally and recognize the Sambhogakaya. This is the essential point of the wind, the maker of all. The nature of the wind, the three of body, speech, and mind, in the three of compassion, the glorious Lama M

Know. This is called the distinction of winds. In short, the Buddha said it is the moving mind. The subtle body of wind and mind, free from subtle particles. The great bliss is complete enjoyment, thus assembled. Whatever three aspects of compassion are focused on the mind, and the three joys are spoken of from the lineage of parents. The changing bliss is the indestructible bindu, similarly the connection of winds should be abandoned. Consider the unchanging bliss of the Sambhogakaya as the result. Whatever body, speech, and mind are primordial, there is no distinction between existence and peace. After thoroughly examining the primordial nature of ultimate reality, the supreme Nada (藏文:ནཱ་ད་,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:Sound) and various consciousnesses, the great emptiness is like the form of the illusory network. If one realizes these from the beginning, then it is possible. Thus, the profound and vast definitive secret of the three key points of great yoga, even for those who purify, the wise understand one aspect. Or understand it as in the later yoga tantras. Now, it is also determined here that other harmful agents, karma and protectors, are understood to be originally non-existent. This protective wheel is the meaning of holiness. This is the general custom of the Vajrayana. It should also be determined from the Paramita treatises. The four vajras are blessed, as well as the sequence and combination of the ten bhumi empowerments. Likewise, the two samadhis of the main practice, and as in Anuttarayoga, are beautiful in this. Thus, among the three, the middle is only a similar part. From the blessing of the four vajras, the wisdom vajra is unchanging bliss, the way to see the bindu and recognize one's own nature. 14-136 Then the two samadhis of the main practice, the yoga of the fields, all the powerful ones, the emptiness that possesses all kinds of supreme qualities is the meaning of holiness. Immortal yoga is supreme bliss, self-awareness without aspects, emptiness is indivisible. Here, there is the union of closing the pulse holes, as well as the control of life force and the union of the uvula, the key points of the winds are also practiced by those who possess yoga. It is similar to the Kalachakra Vajra Seat and the four places. Here is a brief explanation, which is addressed to those with wisdom who are afraid of many. Those with reason should look at others, writings and tantras. After saying this, to the lama, this being is elevated to the state of immortality. Placed, thus I prostrate and utter a long
