吉祥胜乐金刚之手供。 7-616 ༄༅། །吉祥胜乐金刚之手供。 ༄༅། །吉祥胜乐金刚之手供。 ༄༅། །嗡 斯瓦斯帝！ 顶礼吉祥胜乐金刚。 欲行手供者，二水、五妙欲、内供、花、食子、朵玛、手鼓等务必备齐。 自生法在先，左手，以 स्वाभाव (svabhāva，自性)令空。 从空性中，于手掌中生出五瓣莲花，于莲花的中心和花瓣上生出月亮坐垫。 各个手指的中间关节和指甲合一处，各有一个莲花月亮坐垫。 之后从内供中以右手的无名指取，在手掌和手指的关节以及指甲合一处点上明点，念诵 嗡 嗡 诃 到 嗡 帕特 帕特 之间一遍。 于手掌莲花的中心，嗡 瓦姆 红色金刚亥母，从前方顺时针方向的五个花瓣上依次为 吽 扬 青色...直到旃扎丽的体性。 于拇指上，嗡 嗡 诃 白色金刚萨埵。 于食指上，嗡 那玛嘿 黄色毗卢遮那佛。 于中指上，嗡 斯瓦哈 吽 红色莲花舞自在。 于无名指上，嗡 沃效 扎 嘿 黑色吉祥黑汝嘎。 于小指上，嗡 吽 吽 吼 红黄色金刚日。 于指甲合一处，嗡 帕特 帕特 吽 绿色马王之体性。 手的地界佛眼佛母，水界嘛嘛ki，火界白衣母，风界度母，空界莲花网。 再次于彼等一切处洒内供，念诵 嗡 阿 吽 十二次。 手的腕关节和手掌背面等刹那间化为胜乐金刚六十二尊坛城。 7-617 即，四层轮涅宫殿，具足天之坐垫。 中央坐垫之上胜乐金刚。 从“在颅骨之上以金刚鬘为标识”之间，如虚空内的坛城般生起。 加持面前的供品。 首先从花开始以右手的拇指和无名指取，观想供养坛城之诸尊，主尊父母之心咒及眷属等。

For those who wish to perform the hand offering, it is essential to gather the two waters, the five sensual objects, the inner offering, flowers, torma, bali offerings, hand drum, etc. With self-generation preceding, the left hand, purify into emptiness with स्वाभाव (svabhāva, self-nature). From within emptiness, in the palm of the hand, a five-petaled lotus arises. Upon the center and petals are moon cushions. At the central joints of the fingers and where the nails converge, there is a lotus-moon cushion each. Then, taking from the inner offering with the right ring finger, place bindus on the palm, the finger joints, and where the nails converge, reciting from Om Om Ha to Om Phat Phat once. At the center of the lotus in the palm, ॐ वं (oṃ vaṃ，嗡 瓦姆) red Vajravarahi. On the five petals from the front in a clockwise direction, respectively, हं यों (haṃ yoṃ， 吽 扬) blue... until the nature of Candali. On the thumb, ॐ ॐ ह (oṃ oṃ ha，嗡 嗡 诃) white Vajrasattva. On the index finger, ॐ नम हि (oṃ nama hi，嗡 那玛嘿) yellow Vairocana. On the middle finger, ॐ स्वाहा हुं (oṃ svāhā hūṃ，嗡 斯瓦哈 吽) red Padmanartesvara. On the ring finger, ॐ बौष ट हे (oṃ bauṣa ṭa he，嗡 沃效 扎 嘿) black Glorious Heruka. On the little finger, ॐ हुं हुं हो (oṃ huṃ huṃ ho，嗡 吽 吽 吼) red-yellow Vajra Sun. On the surface where the nails converge, ॐ फट् फट् हं (oṃ phaṭ phaṭ haṃ，嗡 帕特 帕特 吽) green Hayagriva's nature. The earth element of the hand is Buddhalocana, the water element is Mamaki, the fire element is Pandara, the wind element is Tara, the space element is Padmajala. Again, sprinkle the inner offering in the place of all of these, reciting Om Ah Hum twelve times. The wrist joint of the hand, together with the back of the palm, instantly transforms into the mandala of the sixty-two deities of Cakrasamvara. 7-617 That is, the four-layered palace of the wheel, complete with the seats of the deities. Above the central seat is Cakrasamvara. From "marked with a garland of vajras on top of the skull," generate it like the mandala within space. Bless the offerings in front. First, starting with the flower, take it with the right thumb and ring finger, visualizing offering it to the deities of the mandala, the heart mantras of the main male and female deities, and the retinue.

After reciting the mantra like a rosary once, recite Oṃ Vajra Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ (ༀ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།, oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum, Om Vajra Flower Offering Ah Hum), and then gather (the offerings) in the palm of the hand. Pick it up again and recite from Oṃ Oṃ Hūṃ (ༀ་ༀ་ཧ༴) to Phaṭ Phaṭ (ཕཊ་ཕཊ།), touching each place, and then gather in the palm of the hand. Offering tsampa is also the same, replacing Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ (པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།) with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།). Likewise, if there are liquid substances such as alcohol, offer them according to this ritual. Then, offer from "Clear, immaculate, and pleasing" to the musical instruments. All mudras are made with the right hand. The method of offering inner offerings is the same as offering flowers and tsampa. Offer secret offerings with the mantra of Anurāgaṇa. Shake the ḍāmaru with the right hand and praise with two sets of eight verses. I pray that the deities of the glorious Cakrasaṃvara mandala will grant me all siddhis. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, as well as non-attainment, etc. Gather the substances in the palm of the hand into one container, rub the substances of the hands, etc. together, and recite Oṃ Āḥ Kāro (ༀ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་), etc., and the deities dissolve into their respective places. Recite Oṃ Yoga Śuddho (ༀ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷོ་), etc., make the embracing mudra, and do it above the crown of the head. If you want to do the tsog offering wheel and the front generation, etc., enter from this time, and if you only do the hand offering, then from "Visualize yourself as the place of Cakrasaṃvara" to "Auspiciousness", do it according to the subsequent ritual.
