多罗那他于雅砻（yar 'brog）达隆（stag lung）集轮时所 निश्चितに说说的歌。 1-746 ༄༅། །多罗那他于雅砻达隆集轮时所 निश्चितに说说的歌。 ༄༅། །那摩 玛哈 穆扎雅（藏文：ན་མོ་མཧཱ་མུ་དྲཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो महामुद्राय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Mahāmudrāya，汉语字面意思：礼敬大手印）。 于法界大乐之虚空中， 觉性智慧无偏之功， ज्ञान、慈悲、能力之星辰闪耀。 至尊具吉祥上师金刚持， 我以恭敬之心向您祈请， 恳请加持，具大悲者！ 于彼清净之刹土中， 身不变易，大乐之意， 彼被称为金刚持者， 据说乃是圆满坛城之主尊。 彼非在于他处， 乃是根本上师您啊！ 至尊，以您之慈悲恩德， 我亦稍稍获得稳固。 于未作之原始本然状态中， 对此决断之确信甚为欢喜。 于心明而澄澈之自显现中， 无有不显现之事。 仅于彼显现之刹那即得解脱， 此岂非自解脱之瑜伽耶？ 完全认识自性之无散乱， 此即所谓之寂止修法。 此未寻得自性之根断， 岂非胜观智慧耶？ 至尊， 1-747 若知自心与您无别， 则面见法身无有困难。 于面见自性之瑜伽中， 生起不离不散之胜解。 我获得暇满人身， 总的来说与佛法相遇， 特别是获得密咒， 以及甚深意义之觉性， 乃是往昔稍稍积累福德之征兆。 心稍稍趋向佛法， 以及至尊具相上师之摄受， 以及于佛法经续获得定解， 以及当下无有贪嗔偏袒， 无论居住于何处皆感快乐。 于此生舍弃以假象之安乐欺骗， 不贪图甜言蜜语之奉承， 不希求权势， 故无论何时心皆安乐。 外表伪装成佛法之世间， 内心怀藏之甜言蜜语， 最终以满足私欲为目的之利他， 舍弃此三者，则趋向佛法。 此亦是具吉祥上师之恩德， 如今仍然祈请您！

In the original, unaltered, natural state, I am delighted in this decisive certainty. In the clear and pure self-appearance of the mind, There is nothing that does not appear. This liberation from the moment it arises, Is it not the yoga of self-liberation? This unwavering recognition of one's own nature, Is called the meditation of calm abiding. This eradication of the root of not finding one's own nature, Is it not the wisdom of insight? O Lord, 1-747 If you know that your own mind is inseparable from you, Then there is no difficulty in meeting the Dharmakaya. In the yoga of seeing one's own face, Generate unwavering devotion. I have obtained the leisure and fortune of a human body, In general, I have encountered the Dharma, In particular, I have obtained the secret mantra, And also this profound meaning of awareness, It is a sign of having accumulated some merit in the past. The mind has turned slightly towards the Dharma, And the Lord has protected me with a qualified Lama, And I have gained certainty in the Dharma Sutras and Tantras, And at the moment, there is no attachment, hatred, or partiality, Wherever I stay, I am happy. In this life, I have abandoned the deception of illusory happiness, I have not taken flattery as a high offering, I have not coveted power, Therefore, my mind is always at ease. The world that pretends to be the Dharma outwardly, The sweet words that are held inwardly, The altruism that ultimately aims to satisfy one's own desires, By abandoning these three, I have turned to the Dharma. This is also the kindness of the glorious Lama, I am still praying to you!
