(Tibetan: ༀ་སྭཱ་སྟི།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svāsti, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, auspicious!). I pray to the wondrous Lama with intense longing. All you yogis who travel the realms, please keep this matter in mind. Now that you have encountered the Dharma, it is essential to rely on the supreme Lama. In general, it is an excellent fortune! If you accumulate merit for a long time, you will receive the blessings of the supreme Lama. Generation stage, completion stage, and recitations, etc., spread the great merit in all directions. Without clinging to merit, accumulate virtue in a relaxed state. Make aspirations in a non-referential manner. When going to great sacred sites, do not make noise or quarrel, and please arrange the auspicious connections for practice. Practice seeing everything that appears as the form of a deity. Keep the desire for whatever is needed as clear as a bell. Recite ཕཊ་ (Tibetan: ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Phat!) and let it dissolve in its own place. There is an auspicious connection for subduing appearances. Make selfless aspirations. There is an auspicious connection for benefiting beings to arise impartially. Maintain mindfulness of the nature of your own mind in whatever appears. There is an auspicious connection for realization to manifest. Recognize the nature of whatever afflictions arise. There is an auspicious connection for transforming afflictions into Dharma. Meditate on the yoga of channels, winds, and bindus. There is an auspicious connection for the blessings of the Ḍākinīs. Wherever you stay, strive to make offerings and tormas (ritual cakes). There is an auspicious connection for averting obstacles. Repeatedly make prayers with devotion. There is an auspicious connection for the growth of the Dharma lineage. These are just symbolic, so you should know how to arrange auspicious connections. If you know how to arrange inner and outer auspicious connections, then the desired accomplishments will fall like rain. This is also a close instruction by Tāranātha.
