顶礼！法王仁波切帕隆巴！ 法王仁波切帕隆巴！ 所有显现皆为平等性，如虚空般无有偏颇。 任何生起皆无需造作，自然成就安住其中。 无有束缚的自心，如此宽广无边。 一些被囚禁之人，经过努力和艰辛， 从监狱中获得解脱时，无需努力自然安乐。 最初需要努力之时，无论如何努力都伴随着过失。 一旦了知无需努力，所有过失皆为功德。 这些话语也只是对以往的习惯性修持，略作提示而已。 吉祥！善哉！ 目录 法王仁波切帕隆巴！

Whatever arises, there is no need to fabricate, Naturally accomplished, rest in that. The mind itself, without constraints, This vast expanse is so wide. Some who are imprisoned, Through great effort and hardship, When they are liberated from prison, Effortlessly, there is natural bliss. When effort is needed at first, However much one strives, it is mixed with faults. Once it is known that there is no need for effort, All faults become virtues.
