多罗那他大师教言集JT52给法主噶玛丹增的忠告 顶礼上师。 于至尊上师莲足下， 略作劝勉谛听之。 极其难得复难依， 恳请依止殊胜师。 世间出世诸圆满， 皆云依师而生故。 从轮回大海怖畏中， 救度之舟后难得， 若今不作精进力， 何时方能勤精进？ 从痛苦轮回之大海， 唯除正法无能救， 日夜无间勤正法， 一切希愿皆成就。 前行皈依发心献曼扎， 正行修持摄要义， 座间回向广弘扬， 时时修持慈悲轮。 当知道之体性有三要： 所显皆用清净轮， 自性离根任运成， 具足圆次第深要诀。 一切善行最重要， 乃是上师之敬信， 故当努力而修持。 犹如鹏鸟之双翼， 无有贪执与慈悲， 精进净相心力坚， 此三世间同三宝。 具信知惭怀愧惧， 善恶取舍慎取舍， 此乃修行之王军， 四支无敌摧他敌。 正直之心信实语， 知足恒常闻正法， 此五乃是功德基， 胜过四边住于中。 善护一切具光荣， 1-686 王子云集六度行， 等同七宝七圣财， 八支圣道诸道中， 九部经典轮安乐。 以十善法安乐活， 乃是正法轮王富。 如是语者达热纳他。

Collected Teachings of Tāranātha JT52: Advice to Dharma Lord Karma Tendzin Homage to the Guru. At the lotus feet of the supreme Guru, I offer a brief exhortation for your kind attention. Since it is extremely difficult to find and difficult to rely upon, Please diligently rely on the noble spiritual friend. All the perfections of worldly and transcendent realms, Are said to arise from relying on the noble Guru. Since this great ship that liberates from the fears of the ocean of samsara, Is difficult to obtain later, If you do not exert yourself wholeheartedly now, When will be the time to exert yourself? From the great ocean of suffering samsara, Nothing other than the sacred Dharma can liberate, Day and night, without measure, strive in the sacred Dharma, May all your aspirations be fulfilled. The preliminary practices are refuge, generating bodhicitta, and offering the mandala, The main practice condenses the essential points, The concluding practice expands the dedication and spreads it widely, In between sessions, always turn the wheel of compassion. Recognize the three essential aspects of the path: Using whatever appears as the wheel of purity, And spontaneous presence, naturally arisen and free from roots, And possessing the essential points of the profound completion stage. One thing that is most important in all virtuous endeavors, Is devotion to the Guru, so strive to meditate on it. Like the wings of the Garuda king, Are non-attachment to anything and compassion, Effort, pure perception, and steadfast strength, These three are like the three jewels in the three realms. Faith, a sense of shame, and conscientiousness, And being careful about what to accept and reject in terms of virtue and non-virtue, These are the four limbs of the king's army of practice, Unmatched heroes who destroy opposing enemies. A sincere mind, truthful speech, Contentment, and constantly listening to the sacred Dharma, These five are the foundation of qualities, Victorious over the four extremes, they stand firm in the center. Glorious ones who protect all directions in happiness, 1-686 The gathering of princes, the six perfections, Equal to the seven jewels, the seven noble riches, From all the noble paths with eight branches, The assembly of the nine scriptures travels in bliss. Living happily by the laws of the ten virtues, Is the wealth of the glorious Dharma-Wheel-Turning monarch. These words were spoken by Tāranātha.
