致女官南喀坚姆的法讯 1-682 ༄༅། །致女官南喀坚姆的法讯。 ༄༅། །致女官南喀坚姆的法讯完毕。 ༈ ༀ་སྭཱ་སྟི། （藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：） 极其难得的是，乘上人身马车，想要进入解脱之城，就应该极其努力地精进。远离精进之臂膀的人们，会被障碍盗贼摧毁和毁灭。轮回的桥梁，这个闲暇圆满，在死主水流未夺走之前，为何不努力呢？拥有百万军队的尘土飞扬，仓库拥有成千上万的财富，无病傲慢的国王，一旦落入难忍的阎罗口中，勇士的军队也无济于事，仆人和财富也无法挽回，容貌和青春也会欺骗你。极其珍爱和怜惜的，无论如何也无济于事而逝去时，内心会被痛苦摧毁，对自己没有任何益处。在这六道众生中，孩童各自漂泊于各自的生命中，如同瓶子里的蜜蜂旋转一样，太阳的亲友（佛陀）如是说。无论何时轮回都没有安乐，如果想要从中解脱，为了遣除对事物的执着，应该安住于真实义。忏悔所有的罪业。从无始轮回以来，直到现在的恶行，以四力门忏悔和约束。随喜他人所做的任何具有佛法的行为，从所见所闻的一切中随喜，从中自己获得的善根，将会极其广大。不要自以为是傲慢自大，不要嫉妒他人的圆满，不要轻蔑恶劣之人，广行供养和布施。对于令上师欢喜的，以恭敬侍奉供养。所做的一切善根，与众生一起回向于成佛之因。佛法的道理无边无际，谁能全部述说呢？从中能够获得善巧方便的，我如是述说。这十二个偈颂，是多罗那他所说的话语。吉祥！ 目录 致女官南喀坚姆的法讯

Instructions to Lady Namkha Gyalmo 1-682 ༄༅། །Instructions to Lady Namkha Gyalmo. ༄༅། །Instructions to Lady Namkha Gyalmo completed. ༈ ༀ་སྭཱ་སྟི། （Tibetan, Devanagari: ，Romanized Sanskrit: ，Literal Chinese meaning: ） It is extremely rare to ride the chariot of human form, wanting to enter the city of liberation, one should diligently strive with great effort. Those who are separated from the arm of diligence will be destroyed and ruined by the thieves of obstacles. This leisure and endowment, the bridge of samsara, before it is taken away by the flood of the Lord of Death, why not strive? Possessing the dust storm of a million armies, storehouses possessing thousands of riches, even a king who is healthy and arrogant, once fallen into the unbearable mouth of Yama, the army of heroes is of no help, servants and wealth cannot be turned back, and form and youth will deceive you. Those who are extremely cherished and pitied, when they pass away without any help, the mind will be destroyed by pain, and there will be no benefit to oneself. In these six realms of beings, children wander in their respective lives, like bees spinning in a jar, so said the kinsman of the sun (Buddha). Since samsara never has happiness, if you want to be liberated from it, in order to reverse the clinging to things, you should abide in the true meaning. Confess all sins. From beginningless samsara until now, the non-virtuous deeds, confess and restrain through the four powers. Rejoice in whatever virtuous deeds others do, rejoice in everything seen and heard, from which the merit one gains will be extremely vast. Do not be arrogant and conceited, do not be jealous of the perfections of others, do not despise the wicked, and give extensive offerings and generosity. To whomever the teacher is pleased, serve and offer with respect. Whatever merit is done, dedicate it together with all sentient beings as the cause for Buddhahood. The principles of Dharma are boundless, who can speak of them all? I speak of such things from which skillful means can be obtained. These twelve verses are the words spoken by Taranatha.
