多罗那他大师教言集JT46 རྒྱལ་ཁམས་པ་ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐས། །དད་ལྡན་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དཔལ་འཛོམ་ལ་གདམས་པ། 1-677 多罗那他大师教言集JT46 རྒྱལ་ཁམས་པ་ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐས། །དད་ལྡན་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དཔལ་འཛོམ་ལ་གདམས་པ། ༄༅། །顶礼 गुरु (藏文，梵文天城体，guru，上师)！ 顶礼具名上师！ 对于具信的虔诚弟子，略微给予具有意义的教言。 从具有佛法的行为中延伸开来。无常世间的诸事，如同梦中的受用一般，看似真实却毫无意义，不要执着于实有。 难得的暇满人身，如果没有获得善妙的收益，与畜生道没有差别，请身语意三门趋向善法。 即使拥有广大的权势和受用，也无法利益来世，死亡何时到来也无法确定，请立刻努力行善。 自己和他人所珍爱的身体，也终将坏灭，更何况是亲友、子女、牲畜等呢？不要贪恋此生，修持甚深之义。 轮回的痛苦没有边际，往何处去也没有自主，来世的安乐与痛苦取决于业力，无论如何都要避免恶业。 无论为了谁而造恶业，都无法分摊到恶趣中，果报必须自己承担，所以不要为了他人而造恶业。 所显现的一切都是自心的显现，对于所显现的一切，用正念的利齿咬住，在无为的状态中放松，自解脱的证悟将从内心生起。 对于六道有恩的父母，修持慈悲喜舍无有边际，摧毁自私的恶念，将利他之心安住在安乐的境界中。 即使是友好的朋友，最终也只是表面功夫，很少努力行善，他人所做的善事也无法利益自己，所以请自己努力行善。 当下供养三宝，将身体观想为本尊身，口中不间断地念诵陀罗尼和咒语，心中修持大手印和悲智双运。 当下在每年的时节里广行布施，每月多次受持斋戒，另外每天精进顶礼和供养，今生来世都将获得安乐。 这一切的根本是虔诚的信心，具名上师

I bow to the venerable lama with a name. To the devoted and faithful disciple, I extend a meaningful instruction, just a little bit, From the midst of virtuous activities. These uncertain worldly affairs Are like enjoyments in a dream. Though they seem true, true, They have no essence. Do not cling to the belief in their reality. In this precious human body, so difficult to obtain, If you do not achieve virtuous gains, There is no difference between you and the animals. Please direct your three doors towards virtue. Even if you have great power and wealth, They will not benefit you in the next life, And you never know when death will come. So strive immediately for the white side. This body, cherished by yourself and others, Will surely perish one day. What need is there to mention relatives, children, horses, and so on? Do not be attached to this life; meditate on the profound meaning. The suffering of samsara is endless. You have no control over where you will be born, And future happiness and suffering depend on karma. By all means, avoid sinful actions. No matter for whom you accumulate sins, There is no way to share them in the lower realms. You must bear the consequences yourself, So do not accumulate sins for the sake of others. Whatever appears is a manifestation of your own mind. Seize whatever arises with the teeth of mindfulness. Loosen and relax in the state of non-doing. The realization of self-liberation will arise from within. For the kind parents of the six realms, Meditate on love and compassion without limit. Tear down selfish thoughts. Keep the mind of benefiting others in a state of bliss. Even the best of friends ultimately Rarely strive for virtue from the outside. Since the virtue done by others does not benefit you, Please accomplish virtue yourself. Immediately make offerings to the Three Jewels, Visualize your body as the deity of the yidam, Recite dharanis and mantras without interruption, And meditate on Mahamudra and the union of compassion and wisdom. Immediately give generously during the yearly seasons. Take the sojong vows again and again every month. Furthermore, strive for prostrations and offerings every day.
