A brief teaching. ༈ Namo Gurubhyaḥ! To the master Vajradhara, and the Three Jewels, I prostrate! The treasure of all benefit and happiness, I have also found the essence of Dharma. Use the rare leisure and endowment for the most supreme meaning, and contemplate that there is no certainty when death will come. After gaining certainty about the suffering of samsara, take refuge with a pure intention. Believe in the law of karma, and adopt and abandon good and bad. Cultivate the Bodhicitta of equality and exchange. Study the six perfections. Practice the ten virtuous actions. If you possess these eight qualities, then you can accomplish all the sacred Dharma, and you are called a yogi, otherwise it is just a shadow of practice. In particular, abandoning the five faults is the foundation of cultivating calm abiding. Knowing the reality of no extremes as it is, determining through reasoning, combining wisdom with calm abiding, this appears as the main part of the insight path. When the clear and sharp awareness abides steadily without wavering, even the subtle sinking and excitement are said to be abandoned because they have been separated from. Like gold ornaments polished on a stone, please unite calm abiding and insight. All these appearances that appear now, are without self-nature at the time of appearance. Although it is emptiness, the function and dependent origination do not stop. Everything is possible in emptiness. Even if you have already understood in your heart, I still want to emphasize again and again, do not waver. Now, I will briefly explain the extremely secret Great Vehicle key instructions, like the four tantras and the four key instructions of the Guru. Through the empowerment vows that have not been broken, fully practice the generation stage. For this, praise the mind that has become blissful, and practice the union of depth and clarity. Then is the completion stage, everything is practiced in the Kundalini. Body posture, vase breathing and wind yoga, one finger or four fingers, always only practice the lamp. Jewel in the heart, radiant light, secret in the throat, hold the dream. Crown chakra below the navel is the illusory body. Ignite the Tummo in the navel chakra. Through constantly practicing these, the object of mind and the union of the two truths, etc., are consistent with the common generation stage. Sometimes you need to deeply analyze and practice, otherwise focus on one point.
