Here it is said: This human body, difficult to obtain, if not used for practicing Dharma, this time will pass in vain. Diligent in meditation and faithful child, if you meet a qualified Lama, and do not offer service and practice, you will throw away the accomplishments you have in hand. Diligent in devotion and fortunate child, if you do not subdue this unobstructed self-mind into the realm of non-grasping, you will increase the state of grasping and being grasped. In the state of non-action, rest in non-doing. This short life, uncertain when death will come, if not transformed into altruistic intention, it will remain meaningless in the state of cherishing attachment. Relax, let go, Rabjampa! We will meet again soon. Because the oral instructions I gave you before seemed to be beneficial and pleasing to your mind, I will only teach this much.
