致信徒南嘉。 1-645 ༄༅། །致信徒南嘉。 ༈ 致信徒南嘉。 ༈ 皈敬上师！ 儿子信徒尼玛南嘉，您 年纪稍长成熟之时，与深奥之义相遇，体验非常欢喜。您虽 拥有广博的知识，并被授予格西之名，但已超越了衰老、死亡等繁琐之事。临终之时， 期待能有好的临终引导，以及掌握好的即时解脱之法。如果 没有修习自解脱之法，就不会有自主的汇合。不要让 心念过多散乱，保持自在快乐。不要努力，放松地解脱。如果散乱了，就以无修的 方式看待它。这无勤的忆念如河流一般，不要散乱，保持 непрерывность。 座间和座后没有差别。当死亡和中阴来临之时，有 造作的善行将变得遥远，无造作的修持至关重要。再次迅速相遇后，对于 体验和证悟，需要提升什么就去做什么。这是达热那塔所说。 吉祥！ 目录 致信徒南嘉。

Although you have vast knowledge and have been given the name Geshe, you have transcended the trivialities of old age, death, and so on. At the time of death, hope for a good connection at the time of death, and to grasp a good method of immediate liberation. If you have not practiced the self-liberation method, there will be no independent union. Do not let your mind wander too much, remain free and happy. Do not strive, release with ease. If it wanders, look at it as without meditation. This effortless mindfulness is like a river, do not be distracted, maintain continuity. There is no difference between session and post-session. When death and the bardo come, meritorious actions with contrivance will become distant, practice without contrivance is crucial.
