多罗那他大师教言集JT19，自己对自己进行鞭策。 1-634 ༄༅། །自己对自己进行鞭策。 ༈ 具名上师恩德深重，我向法拉旺扎巴之足顶礼。 他并非仅是证悟者，而是成就者，不要只说是成就者，应视其为佛陀。因业障未净，我仍视其为人，过去我曾将上师视为佛陀和众生。仅从那时起，他便已安住于法身。我祈请三身宝，对于你们这些精进修持的团体，我游走于村落之中又有何可说？然而，因那位上师的恩德，我怀着一份信心，故如是禀告。当一切显现皆显现为自性认知时，便不再需要黑字。当无缘大悲生起时，便不再需要偏袒。当从内心深处厌离执着时，便不再需要名声。当依止寂静的 1-635 山林时，便不再需要同伴。当诀窍和上师具足之时，请舍弃被诸多念头所牵引。当守护誓言和戒律之时，请舍弃不信和纷争。当断除正法的疑惑之时，请舍弃无意义的闲聊。当坚持修行的自律时，请舍弃虚假的迎合。如果光明之修持缺失，一切显现皆会成为中阴的错觉。纵有诸多甚深诀窍，若缺乏精进之手，犹如海底的珍宝，虽好却无益处。纵然以正直之心通晓一切，若以真假之言相互争辩，末法时代的众生只会积累罪业。应抑制言语，守护自己的本分。吃穿用度，无论苦乐，唯一的希望寄托于上师，欺骗和隐瞒都是错误的。在消除障碍和增益的实际情况下，诀窍之王是虔诚。若在其他地方寻求甚深之义，则是错误的。总的来说，末法时代的弟子抱怨上师，将恶劣的领导者视为神。当下便会变得没有今生来世之分，这是将神和鬼混淆了。从心无自性的无依之中，体验和证悟都会显现，然而末法时代的修行者都不相信，心思都放在今生的事务上。

Teachings of Master Tāranātha JT19: Whip Yourself. 1-634 ༄༅། །Whip Yourself. ༈ To the feet of the kind and renowned lama, Father Lha Wang Drakpa, I bow. He is not merely realized, but an accomplished one. Do not just say accomplished, consider him a Buddha. Due to impure karma, I still see him as a person. In the past, I saw the lama as a Buddha and sentient being. From that time on, he has resided in the Dharmakāya. I pray to the Three Jewels. For you, the group dedicated to diligent practice, what can I say as I wander through villages? However, due to the kindness of that lama, I speak with confidence. When all appearances arise as self-recognition, there is no need for written words. When selfless compassion arises, there is no need for partiality. When attachment is turned away from the depths, there is no need for fame. When relying on the solitary 1-635 mountain retreat, there is no need for companions. When instructions and the lama are complete, please abandon being carried away by many thoughts. When guarding vows and commitments, please abandon disbelief and strife. When cutting doubts about the true Dharma, please abandon meaningless chatter. When maintaining the self-discipline of practice, please abandon false flattery. If the practice of clear light is absent, all appearances will be illusions of the bardo. Though there are many profound instructions, if lacking the hand of diligence, it is like a jewel at the bottom of the ocean, good but useless. Even if one knows everything with an honest heart, if arguing with true and false words, beings of the degenerate age will only accumulate sins. Restrain speech and guard your own place. For food, clothing, comfort, and suffering, all hope lies with the lama. Deceiving and concealing are mistakes. In the actual circumstances of clearing obstacles and increasing benefits, the king of instructions is devotion. It is a mistake to seek profound meaning elsewhere. In general, disciples of the degenerate age complain about the lama, and regard bad leaders as gods. Immediately, there will be no distinction between this life and the next. This is confusing gods and demons. From the groundless nature of mind, experiences and realizations will arise, but practitioners of the degenerate age do not believe it, and their minds are focused on the affairs of this life.

告诫！ 瑜伽士在村庄里游荡，那是把毒药和甘露搞混了。 亲近的是金刚兄弟自己，人们都把罪恶积攒在那上面，只播种地狱的种子。 请对道友修习清净观，即使口头上说要请求灌顶和佛法， 寻找外人当上师，把别人当自己人，这在誓言上没有违背，实际上却违背了。 这是地狱的垫脚石，请抛弃它。 靠着茶酒和搅动酥油的手段， 1-636 通过辨认亲近的人，有失去修行人本色的危险。 花费很大，利益却很小。 口头上说要服侍上师，实际上想的是吃光用光还不够，还要拿走。 总的来说，做了事却一点也不感恩， 失去了敬信，傲慢却很大。 恶语像雨一样倾泻，说出的话语很精明，但算计也很多。 像那样的上师的侍者，是用钱买地狱。 请各位身边的侍者谨慎。 生命无常，迅速消逝， 为了三天的口腹之欲， 不要失去永恒的前程。 人为捏造的空性和有相的道路， 是自己束缚自己。 保持无为的状态吧，各位瑜伽士！ 如果没有生起这无为的禅修， 就无法阻挡善行的障碍。 贪欲、嗔恨和愚痴这三毒， 如果不知道如何把它们转化为道用，就像勇士没有武器一样。 似乎没有一个安心的时候。 如果风脉明点没有收摄， 即使口头上说心已经向法，出离心也像雾一样消散。 稍微生起一点点体验， 也像夏季的青苔一样干枯。 最终会走向平凡的时候。 请对风脉明点进行磨练。 还有，各位僧人都要注意， 不要因为自己不修法，就诋毁别人修法，不要制造修法的障碍。 不要贪图利益，积攒财富，不要喜欢争斗和搅局，不要自己揭自己的短。 不要打听朋友的过失，不要散布闲话，增加敌人，不要做没有头脑的偏袒。 不要贪图三宝的财物，不要吃上师的财物，不要觊觎别人的财物，无论做什么都要符合佛法。 自己对自己进行磨练。

This is a stepping stone to hell, please abandon it. With the skills of tea, alcohol, and churning butter, 1-636 By identifying close associates, there is a danger of losing the essence of a practitioner. The expense is great, but the benefit is small. Verbally saying to serve the Lama, but thinking of eating and using it all up is not enough, you must also take it away. In general, there is no gratitude for what has been done, faith is lost, and arrogance is great. Abusive words fall like rain, the words spoken are clever, but the calculations are also many. Such a Lama's attendant is buying hell with money. Please be careful, all those who are close by. Life is impermanent and quickly perishes, for the sake of three days of sustenance, do not lose the eternal future. The fabricated emptiness and the path with signs, is binding oneself. Stay in a state of non-action, all you yogis! If this non-action meditation does not arise, you will not be able to stop the obstacles to virtuous deeds. Attachment, hatred, and ignorance, these three poisons, If you do not know how to transform them into the path, it is like a warrior without weapons. It seems there is never a time of peace of mind. If the winds and mind are not gathered, even if you verbally say that the mind has gone to the Dharma, renunciation will dissipate like mist. Even if a little bit of experience arises, it dries up like summer moss. Eventually, there will be a time to return to ordinariness. Please train the winds and mind. Furthermore, all monks should pay attention, do not criticize others for practicing Dharma just because you do not practice it yourself, do not create obstacles to Dharma practice. Do not be greedy for profit and accumulate wealth, do not like fighting and stirring up trouble, do not reveal your own shortcomings. Do not inquire about the faults of friends, do not spread gossip and increase enemies, do not be mindless in favoritism. Do not covet the property of the Three Jewels, do not eat the property of the Lama, do not covet the property of others, whatever you do, be in accordance with the Dharma. Train yourself.
