大正藏第 24 册 No. 1467b 佛说犯戒罪报轻重经 ◎佛说犯戒罪报轻重经 如是我闻： 一时佛住王舍城迦兰陀竹园。尔时尊者目连，晡时从禅觉，往至世尊所，头面礼足却坐一面。时尊者大目连白佛言：“世尊！意有所疑，今欲诘问。唯愿听许。” 佛告目连：“听汝所问，当为汝说。” 目连即白佛言：“世尊！若比丘、比丘尼，无惭愧心，轻慢佛说，犯众学戒，如是犯波罗提提舍尼、波罗提、偷兰遮、僧伽婆尸沙、波罗夷，得几不饶益罪？唯愿说之。” 佛告目连：“谛听，当为汝说。若比丘、比丘尼，若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯众学戒。如四天王寿五百岁堕泥梨中，于人间数九百千岁。” 佛告目连：“若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯波罗提提舍尼。如三十三天寿千岁堕泥梨中，于人间数三亿六千岁。” 佛语目连：“若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯波夜提。如夜摩天寿二千岁堕泥梨中，于人间数二十亿四十千岁。” 佛告目连：“若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯偷兰遮。如兜率天寿四千岁堕泥梨中，于人间数五十亿六十千岁。” 佛告目连：“若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯僧伽婆尸沙。如不憍乐天寿八千岁堕泥梨中，于人间数二百四十亿千岁。 现代汉语译本： 《佛说犯戒罪报轻重经》 我是这样听说的： 一时，佛陀住在王舍城（Rājagṛha）的迦兰陀竹园（Kalandaka Venuvana）。当时，尊者目连（Maudgalyāyana），在傍晚时分从禅定中醒来，前往世尊（Bhagavan）处，以头面顶礼佛足后，退坐在一旁。尊者大目连对佛陀说：‘世尊！我心中有些疑惑，现在想请教。希望您能允许。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘允许你提问，我会为你解答。’ 目连立即对佛陀说：‘世尊！如果比丘（bhikṣu）、比丘尼（bhikṣuṇī），没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯众学戒（śikṣāpada），像这样违犯波罗提提舍尼（prātideśanīya）、波罗提（prātimokṣa）、偷兰遮（sthūlātyaya）、僧伽婆尸沙（saṃghāvaśeṣa）、波罗夷（pārājika），会得到多少不饶益罪报呢？希望您能解说。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘仔细听，我会为你解说。如果比丘、比丘尼，没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯众学戒，如同四大天王（Cāturmahārājakāyikas）寿命五百岁，堕入泥梨（naraka）中，相当于人间九百千岁。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘如果没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯波罗提提舍尼，如同三十三天（Trāyastriṃśa）寿命一千岁，堕入泥梨中，相当于人间三亿六千万岁。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘如果没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯波夜提（pāyantika），如同夜摩天（Yāmadeva）寿命二千岁，堕入泥梨中，相当于人间二十亿四千万岁。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘如果没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯偷兰遮，如同兜率天（Tuṣita）寿命四千岁，堕入泥梨中，相当于人间五十亿六千万岁。’ 佛陀告诉目连：‘如果没有惭愧心，轻慢佛陀的教导，违犯僧伽婆尸沙，如同不憍乐天（Nirmāṇarati）寿命八千岁，堕入泥梨中，相当于人间二百四十亿千岁。’

English version: The Sutra on the Light and Heavy Retributions for Offenses, Spoken by the Buddha Thus have I heard: At one time, the Buddha was dwelling in the Kalandaka Bamboo Grove in Rājagṛha (王舍城). At that time, the Venerable Maudgalyāyana (目连), having awakened from meditation in the late afternoon, went to the place of the Bhagavan (世尊), bowed his head to the ground at the Buddha's feet, and sat to one side. Then, the Venerable Great Maudgalyāyana said to the Buddha: 'Bhagavan! I have some doubts in my mind and now wish to inquire. I hope you will permit me.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'I permit you to ask whatever you wish; I will explain it for you.' Maudgalyāyana immediately said to the Buddha: 'Bhagavan! If a bhikṣu (比丘) or bhikṣuṇī (比丘尼) has no sense of shame, disrespects the Buddha's teachings, and violates the śikṣāpadas (众学戒), how many non-beneficial retributions will they receive for violating prātideśanīya (波罗提提舍尼), prātimokṣa (波罗提), sthūlātyaya (偷兰遮), saṃghāvaśeṣa (僧伽婆尸沙), and pārājika (波罗夷)? I hope you can explain this.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'Listen carefully, and I will explain it to you. If a bhikṣu or bhikṣuṇī, without shame, disrespects the Buddha's words, and violates the śikṣāpadas, it is like the Four Heavenly Kings (Cāturmahārājakāyikas) whose lifespan is five hundred years, falling into the naraka (泥梨), which is equivalent to nine hundred thousand years in the human realm.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'If one has no shame and disrespects the Buddha's words, violating prātideśanīya, it is like the Thirty-three Gods (Trāyastriṃśa) whose lifespan is one thousand years, falling into the naraka, which is equivalent to three hundred and sixty million years in the human realm.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'If one has no shame and disrespects the Buddha's words, violating pāyantika (波夜提), it is like the Yama Heaven (Yāmadeva) whose lifespan is two thousand years, falling into the naraka, which is equivalent to twenty billion and forty million years in the human realm.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'If one has no shame and disrespects the Buddha's words, violating sthūlātyaya, it is like the Tuṣita Heaven (兜率天) whose lifespan is four thousand years, falling into the naraka, which is equivalent to fifty billion and sixty million years in the human realm.' The Buddha said to Maudgalyāyana: 'If one has no shame and disrespects the Buddha's words, violating saṃghāvaśeṣa, it is like the Nirmāṇarati Heaven (不憍乐天) whose lifespan is eight thousand years, falling into the naraka, which is equivalent to two hundred and forty billion thousand years in the human realm.' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ”

佛告目连：“若无惭愧，轻慢佛语，犯波罗夷。如他化自在天寿十六千岁堕泥梨中，于人间数九百二十一亿九十千岁。” 时尊者目连闻佛所说，欢喜奉行。 尔时目连即说颂曰： “因缘轻慢故， 命缘堕恶道； 因缘修善故， 于此生天上。 因斯修善业， 离恶得解脱， 不善观因缘， 身坏入恶道。” 现代汉语译本： 佛陀告诉目连（Maudgalyayana）：“如果一个人没有惭愧之心，轻视怠慢佛陀的教诲，就会触犯波罗夷（Parajika，断头罪）。就像他化自在天（Paranirmitavasavartin，欲界第六天）的天人，寿命长达一万六千岁，但最终也会堕入泥梨（Naraka，地狱）之中，相当于人间九百二十一亿九千万岁。” 当时，尊者目连听闻佛陀所说，欢喜地接受并遵照执行。 当时，目连尊者随即说了颂偈： ‘因为轻慢的因缘， 命终之后堕入恶道； 因为修习善法的因缘， 因此能够往生天上。 因为修习这些善业， 远离恶道获得解脱， 不善于观察因缘， 身坏命终堕入恶道。’

English version: The Buddha told Maudgalyayana: 'If one is without shame and disrespects the Buddha's words, one will commit a Parajika (a defeat). It is like the Paranirmitavasavartin Devas, whose lifespan is sixteen thousand years, will fall into Naraka (hell), which is equivalent to 92.19 billion years in the human realm.' At that time, the Venerable Maudgalyayana, having heard what the Buddha said, joyfully accepted and practiced it. At that time, the Venerable Maudgalyayana then spoke this verse: 'Because of the causes and conditions of disrespect, At the end of life, one falls into evil realms; Because of the causes and conditions of cultivating goodness, Therefore, one can be reborn in the heavens. Because of cultivating these good deeds, One departs from evil and attains liberation, Not being skilled in observing causes and conditions, When the body breaks, one enters evil realms.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
