English version Sarva mantra (52): All mantras. Sarve rupa (53): All forms and appearances. Vighana vighana (54): Destroy, shatter. Raksha mam saparivara (55): Protect me and my retinue. Sarva sattvanam ca svaha (56): May all beings be auspicious and perfect. The Buddha said: This Dharani has great merit. If someone can wear it on the crown of their head, all the Rakshasas (demons), Pisacas (flesh-eating ghosts), etc., will not be able to harm them within a thousand yojanas (an ancient Indian unit of distance, approximately 4000-7000 kilometers today). Furthermore, if someone recites this Dharani once, at that time, the Devas (gods) and their retinue will reside a thousand yojanas away, protecting them. Furthermore, if someone recites this Dharani, all enemies (Satru) and those fierce and evil tigers, wolves, insects, and beasts will subdue themselves and be unable to cause harm. Furthermore, if someone can generate utmost sincerity and recite this Dharani a hundred times each day, that person will attain accomplishment with the Anjana medicine. When used to anoint the eyes, they will be able to see the events of the three worlds. Furthermore, if someone recites this Dharani, it can cause those with angry minds to generate respect and love. Furthermore, if someone recites this Dharani two hundred thousand times with utmost sincerity, all afflictions can be extinguished. Furthermore, if someone recites this Dharani for a long time, that person will attain the knowledge of past lives (宿命智, ability to know past lives). Furthermore, if someone uses this Dharani to bless pure oil and applies it to their head or abdomen, if that person has a headache, abdominal pain, or any other evil poison-related illness, the illness will dissipate wherever it is applied. Furthermore, if someone takes a grain of pepper and blesses it twenty-one times with this Dharani, and brings it to the king (Raja), all their wishes will be fulfilled. This Dharani has great merit. If you wish to accomplish the above-mentioned things, you should uphold and maintain it.
