English version 《The Method of Briefly Reciting the Marici Bodhisattva》 Taisho Tripitaka Volume 21, No. 1258 The Method of Briefly Reciting the Marici (Marici) Bodhisattva Translated by Tripiṭaka Śramaṇa Da Guangzhi Bukong of Daxingshan Temple under Imperial Order First, one should form the Vairocana (Vairocana) Buddha mudra. Next, the mudra: cross the hands inward, and erect the two thumbs. Recite the mantra seven times and scatter it over the head. The mantra says: Namo Samanta Buddhanam Ava Ra Hum Kham Next, form the fundamental mantra mudra of Marici (Marici) Bodhisattva. Next, the mudra: cross the hands inward, erect and join the two index fingers. Each of the two middle fingers entangles the two index fingers, causing the tips to touch. Erect and join the two thumbs. Recite the mantra and bless the five parts of the body. First, imprint the forehead, then the right shoulder, then the left shoulder, Then the heart, then the throat. Recite once for each part. 手虚作拳。头指大母指相捻如环。想自身入左手拳中。以右手覆左拳上。即想此印为摩利支菩萨形。想自身在摩利支菩萨心中不断绝。诵身真言应时获得殊胜加持。不被一切恶人为障碍者所见。一切灾祸皆不着身。一切口舌皆得除灭。虫狼虎豹水火盗则贼皆不能侵害。所求世间果报皆得谐偶。若修出世间法。即得禅定现前。智慧增盛获得闻持。不忘失菩提心法。诵真言时深起悲愍。为一切有情拔除苦恼。皆获无障解脱速证无上菩提道。应须秘密勿妄传授。 摩利支菩萨略念诵法 现代汉语译本： 手作虚拳，拇指与食指相捻成环。观想自身进入左手拳中，以右手覆盖左拳之上。此时观想此手印即为摩利支菩萨（Marici Bodhisattva）的形象。观想自身在摩利支菩萨心中，持续不断绝。诵念身真言，应时获得殊胜加持，不被一切恶人为障碍者所见，一切灾祸皆不加身，一切口舌是非皆得消除。虫、狼、虎、豹、水、火、盗贼皆不能侵害。所求世间果报皆能如愿。若修出世间法，即得禅定现前，智慧增长，获得闻持（Dharani，总持忆念不忘的能力），不忘失菩提心法。诵念真言时，应深起悲悯之心，为一切有情拔除苦恼，皆获无障碍解脱，迅速证得无上菩提道。应须秘密，勿妄传授。 摩利支菩萨略念诵法

English version: Form a hollow fist with the hand. Touch the tips of the thumb and index finger together to form a ring. Visualize yourself entering the left fist, and cover the left fist with the right hand. Then, visualize this mudra (hand gesture) as the form of Marici Bodhisattva (Marici Bodhisattva). Visualize yourself continuously residing in the heart of Marici Bodhisattva without interruption. By reciting the body mantra, you will immediately receive supreme blessings, becoming invisible to all wicked people and those who create obstacles. All calamities will not touch you, and all gossips and slanders will be eliminated. Insects, wolves, tigers, leopards, water, fire, thieves, and robbers will not be able to harm you. All worldly rewards sought will be fulfilled. If you cultivate the transcendental Dharma, you will attain samadhi (meditative absorption), your wisdom will increase, you will gain dharani (the power of retaining and remembering without forgetting), and you will not forget the Bodhicitta (the mind of enlightenment) Dharma. When reciting the mantra, deeply arouse compassion, and for all sentient beings, remove suffering and afflictions. You will attain unobstructed liberation and quickly realize the unsurpassed path to Bodhi (enlightenment). This should be kept secret and not recklessly transmitted.
