འཇིབ་མཉེ་སྣོམ་པས་ཕེབས་སོ། །བསྒོམ་པ་ལྷ་སྟེ་ཞི་ཁྲོ་གང་མོས་སུ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །ཐིག་ལེ་འཛིན་པ་དེ་ངོ་བོ་སྟེ་བྱུང་ས་གནས་ས་འགྲོ་ས་ལྟ་བའོ། །འདྲེན་པ་ཧཱུྃ་སྟེ་གསུས་པ་སྒལ་པ་ལ་སྦྱར། སྒྲོན་མ་གྱེན་ལ་ཟློག མགྲིན་པ་གཞུ་ལྟར་བདུངས། དམིགས་པ་རྩ་གསུམ་ན་ཡར་ཞོ་ལུད་པ་ལྟར་སྤྱི་བོར་ལན་བདུན་བསྐྱལ། འགྲེམས་པ་སྤྲུག་སྟེ་རླུང་བཟུང་ཉྭ་བཞི་སྒྲིམ་མགོ་ལུས་སྤྲུག་གོ །སྐྱེལ་སོ་ངོ་བོ་རང་བཞིན་ཐུགས་རྗེ་གསུམ་སྟེ། རིགས་ལྔ་ཚོམ་བུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རོ། །བཅོས་མ་འདུས་བྱས་བསྒོམས་པ་ཡིས། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། བཅོས་མ་ཞེས་པ་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ། འདུས་བྱས་ཞེས་པ་ལུས་འདུས་བྱས་ལྷ་ཡི་བསྒོམ། ངག་འདུས་བྱས་ཧཱུྃ་རིང་ཧཱུྃ་ཐུང༌། སེམས་འདུས་བྱས་དམིགས་པ། བསྒོམ་པ་ཡིས་ཞེས་པ་ཡིད་དཔྱོད། དང་པོ་སེམས་གཡེང་ཞེན་པ་དགག ། ཅེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། དང་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ལས། སེམས་གཡེང་ཞེས་པ་མ་ཆུན་པས། ཞེན་པ་དགག་ཅེས་པ་རིགས་ཆད་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་བཟུང་བས་གདོད་རིག་པ་མངོན་སུམ་ལ་ངེས་ཤེས་སྐྱེའོ། །འབྲས་བུ་ཅིག་ཆར་མ་ཡིན་པས། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། འབྲས་བུ་ཞེས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི། ཅིག་ཆར་ཞེས་པ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ། མ་ཡིན་པས་ཞེས་པ་སྐྱེ་བ་བརྒྱུད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །སྣང་བ་རིམ་གྱིས་གོམས་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། སྣང་བ་ཞེས་པ་གང་ཟག་གི་རིམ་གྱིས་ཞེས་པ་དང་པོ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་སྦྱངས་ཏེ། སྣང་བ་བདེན་མེད་དུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ། དེ་ནས་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་བསྒོམས་ཏེ་སྒྲ་གྲགས་སྟོང་དུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་རྩ་དང་རླུང་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། ལམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་ཆགས་ལམ་གྱིས་སྣང་བ་བདེ་སྟོང་དུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ། དེ་ནས་མཚན་ཉིད་འཛིན་པའི་རིག་པ་མི་དྲན་དགུ་དྲན་འདི། ཕཊ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཉོན་མོངས་ཁྱེར་ཆོད། ངོ་རང་ ཐོག །ཐག་ཆིག་ཆོད། གདིང་གྲོལ་ཐོག་སྟེ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་རྟོགས་པར་བྱ། གོམས་པར་བྱ་ཞེས་པ་ལོ་གཉིས་གསུམ་དུ་གོང་མ་རྣམས་ལ། མིག་སྨན་ལ་སོགས་སྒོ་ལྔ་ཡི། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། མིག་སྨན་ཞེས་པ་དབང་པོ་དྭངས་བྱེད་ཀྱི། ལ་སོགས་ཞེས་པ་བྱ་ཐབས་ལྔ། སྒོ་ལྔ་ཞེས་པ་གཟུགས་སྒྲ་དྲི་རོ་རེག་བྱའོ། །སྨན་གྱི་རིམ་པ་སྦྱར་བར་བྱ། །ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ནི། སྨན་གྱི་ཞེས་པ་སྒོ་ལྔའི། རིམ་པ་ཞེས་པ་སོ་སོ་གང་འདོད། སྦྱར་བར་བྱ་ཞེས་པ་དང་པོ་མིག་གི་གཟུགས་ནི་ཁ་དོག་དང་དབྱིབས་སོ། ཁ་དོག་ནི་ལྔའོ། །བཙོད་གདུས་པའི་ཁན་དྷ་དང་ཨ་རུ་རའི་ཁན་དྷ་ཙན་དན་དཀར་དམར་གྱི་ཐང་ཆུ། བྱ་ནག་མོའི་སྒོ་ངའི་མར

以吮吸舔舐而行。修习本尊，随喜寂静忿怒，生起父母尊。执持明点，即是自性，观其生处、住处、去处。引导为吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），与腹部脊背相连。灯向上转。颈如弓般弯曲。观想三脉，如向上倾倒酸奶般，于顶轮传送七次。散布摇动，即屏住呼吸，收缩四肢，摇动头身。运送之处为自性、本体、大悲三者。五部众坛城。以虚假造作修习之。之意义是：虚假造作是指身语意三者。积聚是指身体积聚修习本尊。语言积聚是指长吽短吽。心积聚是指观想。以修习之是指意念思量。首先遮止心之散乱执着。之意义是：首先是指。心散乱是指不专注。遮止执着是指断绝分别念，以大悲摄持，最初觉性于现前生起定解。果非一时故。之意义是：果是指佛陀之。一时是指显现地。非故是指经历转世。显现次第渐修习。之意义是：显现是指有情之。次第是指首先修持菩提心。将显现证悟为无实。之后修习生起次第，将声音证悟为空性。之后修习脉和气。以道解脱、道生起、道的方式，将显现证悟为乐空。之后，将执着相的觉性，不忆九忆此。作啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）之声，即可携带烦恼。认识自性。断绝决择。解脱束缚，证悟如虚空般。修习是指两年三年对上师们。眼药等五门之。之意义是：眼药是指使根清净之。等是指五种方法。五门是指色声香味触。药物次第应调配。之意义是：药物是指五根之。次第是指各自随喜。应调配是指首先眼睛的色是颜色和形状。颜色有五种。煮沥青的康达和诃子的康达，檀香红白的汤水。乌鸦蛋的油

Proceed by sucking and licking. Meditate on the deity, generating peaceful and wrathful forms as desired, as father and mother. Holding the bindu is the essence, observing its origin, dwelling place, and destination. Guiding is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), connecting to the abdomen and spine. Turn the lamp upwards. Bend the neck like a bow. Visualize the three channels, pouring yogurt upwards, transferring it seven times to the crown chakra. Scatter and shake, holding the breath, contracting the four limbs, shaking the head and body. The place of conveyance is the essence, nature, and compassion, the three. The mandala of the five Buddha families. By artificial and fabricated meditation. The meaning of this is: Artificial means body, speech, and mind. First, prevent mental wandering and attachment. The meaning of this is: First means from. Mental wandering means not being focused. Preventing attachment means cutting off conceptual thoughts, being held by compassion, and initially, awareness arises with certainty in the present. Because the fruit is not at once. The meaning of this is: Fruit means of the Buddha. At once means manifestly. Not because means passing through rebirths. Manifestations gradually become familiar. The meaning of this is: Manifestations means of sentient beings. Gradually means first training the mind of enlightenment. Realizing manifestations as unreal. Then, meditating on the generation stage, realizing sound as emptiness. Then, meditating on the channels and winds. Through the path of liberation, the path of arising, the path, realizing manifestations as bliss and emptiness. Then, this awareness that grasps characteristics, not remembering nine, remembering this. Making the sound Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ), one can carry afflictions. Recognize self-nature. Sever decisiveness. Liberate bonds, realizing it as like space. Becoming familiar means for two or three years to the superiors. Eye medicine and so on, of the five gates. The meaning of this is: Eye medicine means that which purifies the senses. And so on means five methods. Five gates means forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects. The order of medicines should be mixed. The meaning of this is: Medicines means of the five senses. Order means each according to preference. Should be mixed means first the form of the eye is color and shape. There are five colors. Decoction of boiled asphalt and decoction of haritaki, sandalwood white and red soup. Oil of black crow eggs.
